Let’s face it Dion most of the time is anoying. Having said that I’m sure he is referring to:
    1. Replacing some holes on Offensive Line.
    2. Having a legit #1 running back. (Payton Barber is a good deth player)
    3. I see D.jax gone. Goodwin replaces him and Justin Watson replaces Goodwin as the #3.
    4. Resign Adam
    5. Get an elite kicker. Santos is OK. Not Great.

I thought this was ira’s podcast . Joes need to relax . No to AP. Very stupid. Why have a fit about prime time when u didn’t need know what he was referring too. Don’t wast a draft pick on a QB. Arians is here to develop Winston and that’s it. He knows he’s good enough end of discussion . I was so excited about Arians hire but listening to this podcast made me depressed . And Lee wake up dude . Ira trying to give the website credit and it flew right over your head . Lord you guys need a nap . Terrible podcast when we should be celebrating.

I like Arians and wish him well. I give kudos to Ira who twice insisted that the Bucs should draft a QB in the third round. Totally ignored by the Joes, this is sound advice. Winston is an unsuccessful QB with potential, but with a losing record and multiple issues on and off the field. Arians gives him another opportunity to develop and show his worth, but this remains a TBD.

How is Arians gonna develop and help Jameis if he’s not calling plays?
