  1. Andrew Says:

Pushing all the wrong buttons. Between the rotation at guard for two years, rotation at QB, snap counts for OJ being less than adam Humphries.

He is bad and gets outcoached every single week.

  2. Lamarcus Says:

Every Qb he plays look the same and having Jw learn from Fitz got himself to be a backup so mission accomplished there.

He should of took defense playcalling instead of offense.

Got a penalty on a challenge flag after you should of been penaltize against the Browns

  3. tnew Says:

I have voted the entire season, even after the first two weeks as little confidence. This hasn’t changed until this week. Now, at no confidence. I have never been to this point with any coach (fan since 1996 when I moved to the area). The Bucs won’t get another dollar until he’s gone.

  4. Buc believer Says:

Dude WANTS to be fired so he can go back to Idaho. Why else would he do the dumb arse things he does? Even he can’t believe he is still the coach.

  5. BigMacAttack Says:

Wow 65% no confidence. That’s sad. A complete fall off from weeks 1-2. Licht/Koetter = Epic Fail

  6. 813bucboi Says:

    no confidence….

been that way for 2 years now…..

getting out coached, cant develop players, challenging plays with no TO’s, horrible play calling, lack of run game…..i could go on and on…..

    #NOEXCUSESIN2018!!!!….#PRESSURESONTHECOACHES!!!!…GO BUCS!!!!

  7. Eric Says:

I have voted no confidence in every poll and I see I now hold the majority opinion.

Completely embarrassing loss to the Giants coming. That is unlikely to help his polling numbers.

  8. BigMacAttack Says:

What’s worse is that Dirk doesn’t seem to have any fight left in him. He’s s beaten man and shows in his temperament and body language. Fight until the end. Don’t give up because that last ditch effort could be the spark you need to turn things around.

  9. Season Is Over Says:

Is this team good at anything? Teams are supposed to have strengths.

  10. Waco Says:

Not only is he making bad coaching decisions, he still hasn’t learned to manage the game. He’s been flagged twice this year for challenging without a time out. The beatings will continue until morale improves!

  11. tmaxcon Says:

Whoes the idiot who is totally confident??? My guess only posters still in denial enough to be confident would be pickgrin or bonzi. Neither in touch with reality

  12. Waco Says:

I feel bad for the 5 people who are “totally confident” in him.

  13. Tampabaybucfan Says:

    @BigMacAttack

Exactly…..no fight…..evidence of that was him trowing the challenge flag with no timeouts left…..he stated in his presser that he knew he was out of timeouts….so he intentionally drew a 15 yard penalty on after a 3rd down play.

Granted….we were down two scores and would have gotten the ball back….but who knows…..you never….never quit as a coach and he threw in the towel.

That did it for me…..I was late to the fire Koetter party….but I’m there now.

  14. Mr Kleen Says:

So sad. I feel like I’m back in high school, laughed at every day for stubbornly wearing my creamsicle Starter jacket to school.

    😦

  15. Dewey Selmon Says:

Speak softly while having your toes on the line in your basement listening to “radio”

  16. Mr Kleen Says:

    Waco Says:
“Not only is he making bad coaching decisions, he still hasn’t learned to manage the game. He’s been flagged twice this year for challenging without a time out.”
    —————

Iced his own kicker once. Has blown many, many minutes at the end of halves (again last week in the 2nd qtr). Even when he’s not calling plays, he can’t get time management right.

I think the worst thing that happened to DK was making him the head coach. Seemed like he called plays fine as an OC, and didn’t have to have as much situational awareness.

  17. tnew Says:

Waco… They are all on the coaching staff

  18. 813bucboi Says:

    realist

you, bonzai, smitty, dirk and your 2 U-HAUL co-workers stop with the BS…..no one has confidence in dirk!!!!

    #NOEXCUSESIN2018!!!!….#PRESSURESONTHECOACHES!!!!…GO BUCS!!!!

  19. mark2001 Says:

Sad ending to a losing regime…next.

  20. Jameis Wienstien Says:

20 people are totally or mostly confident? LOL! I wonder what they are watching or if they work for the Bucs…

  21. WalkdaPlank Says:

“snap counts for OJ being less than adam Humphries.”

I’m not even sure if this is true but even if it is what’s wrong with that?
Both players have been balling for the Bucs this season.

    Also I voted no confidence

  22. Kansas95Buc Says:

No confidence. 500 yard & 3 points, refuses to address the weak link on the team, nuff said

  23. Mr Kleen Says:

How long does it usually take for comment’s to show up?

  24. Dooshlarue Says:

I voted confident for the last 2 years.
After Carolina I voted little confidence.
    Today I voted no confidence.

Sorry Coach, you just ain’t cuttin’ it.
Please take Jameis,GMC, Lavontae, Donovan and Benenoch with you.

  25. BrianBucs Says:

    Joe

Where is the Jason Licht and Jameis Winston Confidence Polls?

  26. Mr Kleen Says:

    Thank you, Sirs!

  27. Kaptain Morgan Says:

2.73% are Koetter and his family voting.

  28. Curse of Gruden Says:

Koetter has caused two penalties by throwing the red flag at the wrong time. He doesn’t even know the rules. Not HC material…

  29. Blogtalkfootball.com Says:

If Koetter would hold his players and coaches accountable for poor execution, this team would be winning more games.

  30. Rod Munch Says:

How much better off would the team be right now if they had fired Dirk instead of Mike Smith, then made Mike Smith the HC and let Monken do his thing on offense while getting the defense a new DC. That was always the solution and the Bucs screwed it up.

  31. Mr Kleen Says:

    Kaptain Morgan Says:
“2.73% are Koetter and his family voting.”
    —————

    Plus GMC and Shmitty.

  32. Fire Light Says:

    Cut Koetter. Fire Licht!

  33. GhostofSchiano Says:

I am highly confident that Clueless Dork Koetter WILL NOT (In my best Maury voice) be the Head Coach of the Tampa Bay Football Buccaneers in 2019.

  34. GhostofSchiano Says:

    Mr Kleen Says:

    Kaptain Morgan Says:
“2.73% are Koetter and his family voting.”
    —————

    Plus GMC and Shmitty.
    ———————————————————————————

I’m sure Licht has an account or two stuffing the ballot box.

    _______________________________________________________________

I’m sure Licht has an account or two here and is stuffing the ballot box

  36. Bucsfanman Says:

Lame-duck coach, plain and simple right along with the GM too.
I’m rooting for them to prove me wrong, really! I just don’t see it.

  37. Matts17 Says:

Voted no confidence since the first poll of the season. Should’ve been canned last year.

  38. SchwiftyBuc Says:

Too bad most people on this site are slow af to realize that Koetter aint the guy. I friggin knew it after last season. Been Voting little confidence in the poll for the better part of 2 years now.

  39. BucsFan33 Says:

My Confidence has flipped since his horrible management of the QB Situation. Not every good Assistant Coach makes a good HC.

  40. Ndog Says:

Let’s see what all he’s botched just this year:

    1. Supported a selfish WR instead of his young QB.

    2. Played a old retread QB instead of a young growing QB.

    3. Kept a horrible defensive coordinator to start this season.

    4. Kept said horrible defensive coordinator too long this year.

    5. Took over play calling on offense when that was the only part of the team that was working.

    6. Keeps playing Beneoch!

    7. Won’t play Rojo!

    8. Won’t demand we run the ball.

9.Won’t demand we play press man.

    10. Won’t demand we blitz.

    11. Won’t force Djax to return punts.

    12. Doesn’t hold anyone accountable.

    13. Still not playing the best QB cause of a personal issue despite his old beat down QB running sideways, throwing a foward pass 10 yards downfield, throwing two horrible picks, fumbling the ball in the redzone, giving the game away bringing his record in his last 4 starts to 0-4.

  41. FairMinded Says:

First time ever voting “no confidence”. Before this decision to wrest control of the offense from Monken…for what seems like purely selfish reasons as they were NOT the problem with this team for the most part…I was still “Confident” that he had what it takes. Won’t say he Absolutely can’t come back from that for me but he has some serious atoning to do for that failure of leadership and selfish thinking

  42. Fire Light Says:

    Can Koetter

  43. bucanation Says:

to bring him back would be selfish in itself to the fans to put them threw another horrid season .
