This poll should read, Confidence in Jameis Winston? Hell No!! It’s funny watching the results of this poll now that Winston is benched the confidence in Koetter goes way down, like it’s his fault the jackass can’t throw it to the right team. Pfffft

Buccaneer player confidence in Winston…….No Confidence! I’d really would have liked to have been in that meeting to figure out what the heck is really going on. These are professional players not a bunch of kids so there is a reason they have turned on Winston and I doubt it has anything to do with any individual player.

Can’t wait for this season to be over so we can say goodbye to Dork Koetter and Jason Gump… of course we all thought that they would be gone after last year so you never know.

Fans will be fans and turn to the backup (which there is a reason to in Tampa) but when the team itself no longer responds to it’s starting QB then something way deeper is going on.

What player has actually come out in support of Winston? Not being sarcastic just looking to see if there is a split locker room or are they ALL in favor of Fitz? If they are all in favor you have to ask yourself why.

I am actually very confident in Koetter. He has put together a very QB friendly high scoring offense.
However, I have no confidence in Jason Licht. He and his Chosen One Winston have to go.

I voted very confident because I believe this season Dirk Koetter has, quite literally, done everything he can to improve the football team and win games.
Most NFL coaches are arrogant and set in their ways. Dirk was this way with Drug Shamster last year. This year he’s given up play calling, fired Mike Smith, and benched Jay-Miss WinsTOn, South America’s Turnover Machine.
I really don’t know what more he can do which is why the issues with the Bucs ultimately fall on Jason Licht.

confident in a successful 2018 season? very little. confident in him being a solid HC for us? yea im really pounding the table to replace him even tho he hasnt graded out well. Licht on the other hand, ill be celebrating. im buying a nice Rib-Eye the day hes let go

If this moron loses on Sunday then he should be fired. The guy should never have been a head coach, he’s an OC and never should have been more than that – but the lynch mob demanded Lovie’s head on a platter so instead of staying an OC and working with Jameis 1-on-1 for another year or two this dolt was “promoted” to HC where he’s completely overmatched and doesn’t have the temperment for the job.

Here’s what I would do if I owned the team:
Trade JW as soon as possible
Draft a QB this year and another the following year, if needed.
Keep Koetter with the understanding that he must hire a new defensive staff.
(Jack Del Rio would be a great DC)
The Glazers and many of us Buc fans have wanted a great offense forever and a day. We have it. It would be INSANE to fire the coach who brought it here, when hiring a DC like Del Rio could, along with a good draft, send us deep into the playoffs next year.

I lost confidence in Dirk Koetter the moment he threw his entire defense under the bus after Chicago – suggested everyone should be fired starting with him and that it wouldn’t help anything – then turned around and fired Mike Smith ANYWAYS and saw an IMMEDIATE improvement on that side of the ball.
Then we played Cleveland, had a two touchdown lead and could not run the clock to save our life. So, they asked our QB to dropback 62 times against the most bada$$ takeaway defense in the league right now and griped about turnovers when dude went 4/4 for 65 yards on the final drive of regulation and we missed the game winning kick. Almost lost in OT.
THEN, I came across and rewatched the scene from Hard Knocks, where he told Jameis the team that was about to go 5-11 and rank historically low in defense and dead last in crucial categories, was the best team Winston’s ever had with a good defense and that he needed to literally play like Aaron Rodgers. …yeah.
How the phuck do you people not see it?
