“That’s False”

December 10th, 2017

Addresses friction report.

Forgive Joe for he is not yet a skilled videographer.

This morning on NFL Network, Ian Rapoport reported there is a growing divide between America’s Quarterback, Pro Bowler Jameis Winston, and Bucs coach Dirk Koetter.

Joe shot the relevant video of Jameis addressing the report below. In short, Jameis said it was “false.”

When pressed about the issue, Koetter himself said, “I know what the truth is.”

See for yourself.

Tune into The Philadelphia Eagles to watch Carson Wentz show the world how a true franchise quarterback operates a potent offense with excellent play calling and utilization of talent.

  2. Lamarcus Says:

Man he continues to be Americas Qb for this reason. This guy leads the league in HATERS.

  3. Mike Johnson Says:

He’s not america’s QB. Thats what the Bay folk call him. Arounf the league and outside of Fl he;s known as Helter Skelter and..Winer!

  4. America's Groper Says:

Joe we need a Shameus confidence poll

  5. Mike Johnson Says:

He’s also known as..crab leg fetisher and sneak Woman opportunist. I know I’m from Tampa and live out West.

  7. feelthepewterpower Says:

Jameis and Co. should be upset with the predictable play calli g. Per Warren Sharp, Buccs led the league in 2016 on runs on first and second downs which lead to longer third downs. They key is avoid third downs all together while keeping the defense honest and on their heels while exploiting their weaknesses. The Buccs simply havent done a good job with that aspect. You have defenders like Kuechly basically pointing out plays before they happen. Then we have game management issues with passing when we should be running, etc.

  8. tmaxcon Says:

Jameis is and will be the most important and greatest buccaneer all time. regardless of the delusional haters and their biased irrelevant opinions.

  9. Nate Says:

coaches coach n players play…..translation….I can only do what the system allows

no idiot here…still if I’m the bucs with shaky play and possible suspension

THE BUCS ARE DRAFTING A QB…..FOR INSURANCE AT THE LEAST

  10. Lamarcus Says:

Jw is the best thing to happen to loser culture franchise y’all slow

  11. stevbobucfan Says:

you know Jameis do make a lot of mistake in games but he is not the reason this team is 4 and 9. I watched every game the Bucs played this year and the defense have lost at least 4 of those games and lets not leave out poor play calling. both this week and last the Bucs took the lead in the final few minutes of the game only to see the other team go 70 to 80 yards down the field and score the winning points. My point is, you take whose 4 games the defense lost and the Bucs are 8 and 5

Umm, never had a lead today

  14. Pelbuc Says:

JW is a cancer! Pure and simple. Id rather have a less talented QB thats willing to try to limit his turnovers than an immature, inaccurate sand lot player that throws his coaches under the bus. He missed games at FSU because of his conduct and now he’s gonna miss at least 4-6 games next year yet this dumbass organization pins all its hopes on him. SMH

  16. Roy T. Buford Says:

Hey, after all, this is coming from Jameis.

    “I’m not hurt.”
    “I didn’t do it” (Part 1).
    “I didn’t do it” (Part 2).
    “No Fear.”
    “That’s false.”

I am betting that next is:
    “I do not recall…”

    He should run for office.

  17. Roy T. Buford Says:

Pelbuc…I would not count on the Bucs pinning their hopes on Jameis.

I guess the smart ones never capitalize sentences or use periods, or back up what they are saying.

    Go figure.

  19. Season Is Over Says:

The look on his face the first question asked was worth at least watching three Mr. Magoo losses.

  20. JimBuc2 Says:

Just don’t care anymore. This team finds ways to snatch defeat from the jaws of victory. Start Doug Martin? Really?!! Kill a promising drive with a pass play on 3&1? Are you serious? Does C. Benenoch even know basic fundamentals? Please, someone explain to me why we call it the Red Zone, wouldn’t Penalty Zone be more accurate? That soft training came DK ran before the season, well, how’s that working out now. Guys are shot out by end of third period and we don’t teach tackling at all. Does Smitty understand the meaning of press coverage? When will we actually hurt a QB; just seems like opposing QB’s can wear the same jersey the week after playing against our D-line(what rush?), no need to worry with washing it ’cause it is pristine clean at the end of the game. This team has crushed the last ounce of care from this fan’s heart. Call 911, Buccaneers are a dumpster fire.

  21. AlteredEgo Says:

    Jameis is unfixable

  22. Lakeland Says:

A few months ago the Bucs fanbase was bragging about Jason Licht Grand Slam of 2015. Now the so-called Grand slam isn’t looking too good.

  23. Season Is Over Says:

I mean who is going to argue with Peyton Manning?

  24. yrbndr Says:

i haven’t heard a peep put of our GM in quite a while, have I missed something?

  25. Jimmy T Says:

U can blame Jameis all u want. U think Jarod God would be good here ? Or Wentz, doubtful. All u haters are clueless, NO ONE CAN WIN WITH THIS DEFENSE. Jameis has been hurt, he was healthy today and u have idea in who’s fault the picks were. ID be willing to bet that when they watch the film they will see that DJax ran a lazy route on the rollout pick and OH was held on the other. Either way Jameis has No problem taking the heat. Let’s see what GOFF does next year. In Phily a totally different story, every side of the ball is strong, they have a running game, they have a defense, so do the Rams they hired a real D.C. In wade phillips. Bottom line u haters can complain all u want but Jameis is going to be here for many years and this team will win when the talent comes together on both D & O lines

  26. Jimmy T Says:

As bad as Jameis has been w the injury they should have beat the Pats if we had a kicker, if we had a defense we should have beaten the BILLS and the Pack so worst case we should be 7-6 and in the playoff hunt. That is why I am optimistic because if the rams can go from 4-12 to where they r now the. We can ID we upgrade the d line and get back to running the football 25-30 times a game w success. Jameis is a play action qb and all team she need a bit of a running cane just as a threat. Peyton Barber has 12 for 58 in the 2nd half and he disappeared in the most important series, Charles Sims instead? That’s on KOETTER , so 3 and out , punt and there is your ballgame . This D can be fixed and winning will happen next year

  27. Ndog Says:

AlteredEgo Jameis does not need fixing, this coaching staff does and of course you do.

  28. TonyC Says:

Yes I agree we can this around in a year with a competent coaching staff and a GM that can do a better job of assessing needs and evaluating free agents (in particular).I would get rid of a few players (the usual suspects) and bring in “serious” hard nosed players who want to win.

  29. patrickbucs Says:

Same posts different day. Has nothing to do with JW, has everyting to do with JW.

@Jimmy T – both those teams scored 37 and 35 and regarded as very good defenses so yes it can be done. How many games has this offense won us this year when the defense has been more then adequate especially at home?

  30. Ronteco Says:

JW has two sexual assault allegations now. Where there’s smoke there’s fire. Look forward to his suspension and hope he gets jail time.

  31. Frank Pillow Says:

Jaboo is a turnover machine…Baker Mayfield time

  32. TJ Says:

How’d the Wentz thing go again?

  33. DBS Says:

Year 3 and the excuses were over. But expect a full week of twisted stats to blame everybody else. In fact it has already started. Looks like 1 interception is Jackson’s fault.

  34. Ray Rice Says:

I’ll take Chris Simms without his spleen over him right now.

  35. Big Stinky Says:

Only 4 opening drives for TD’s in 42 games, only 7 game winning drives, AND 53 turnovers. Go ahead and give JW a new contract he doesn’t deserve. Set us back another 5 years. SMH!

  36. Big Stinky Says:

Need a new GM that is NOT giddy over Jameis before it’s too late

  37. Me? Says:

Jameis hasn’t improved as much as I thought and I’m disappointed, but he’s only 23 and has evident talent, you can’t give up on him this early. The Bucs won’t give up on him-they’ll have a new staff next year that will win 9 games and miss the playoffs and we’ll all get excited again because we’re idiots

  38. Rob Says:

He is the human ATM (America’s turnover machine). Please get it right people. Do you really think I’m wrong? Be serious all you ATM lovers. Go Bucs

  39. Pelbuc Says:

He’s a walking interception and fumble dressed up as a football player. He’s a con artist

  40. ndog Says:

No Rob I know you are wrong but when he is gone and playing great elsewhere you will then finally know you are wrong. Problem is it will be too late for us. But this is what we do run off great players cause we give them horrible coached and then blame them. Are you so clueless that you cant see he is being coached by a guy that was fired from Arizona State and a QB coached who was a nothing in college for a team that has no QB to speak of?

  41. nole4JabooANDdBucs Says:

Keeping it simple…when Dirk was Jameis’s OC only…it was WOW! Then, Dirk became head coach
and JW and the offense suffered!

Still keeping it simple stupid…who failed Jameis or Dirk? JW was and still is the young QB Dirk was hired and promoted to develop! Lovie was fired to keep Dirk for Jameis, don’t get it twisted..so how can Jameis be the coach killer…maybe the coach has been ‘Fameis Jameis’ killer!

  42. NFLNut Says:

Jameis 14 TDs and 8 INTs

Mariota 11 TDs and 14 INTs

One of the above is a gimmiscky game-manager who should never be allowed to throw unless out of play-action to wide-open guys thanks to playing behind a dominant offensive line and with a dominant running game … the other is Jameis Winston.

  43. mp813 Says:

    Jameis Winston > Marcus Mariota

  44. NFLNut Says:

    **************

In 7 healthy games, Jameis’ stats extrapolate to 4,885 yards, 32 TDs and 14 picks with a 90+ rating … Jameis, when healthy, has been fantastic … and I don’t think he has a problem with Dirk Koetter at all.

However, the TEAM is 4-9 wit its only wins against the horrible Giants, Jets, Phins and Bears … which means Koetter has been HORRIBLE and deserves to be fired.

To me, Jameis isn’t behind the report, nor is Licht or Gruden … it’s either a media-fueled report with no real basis or it’s a GLAZER-FAMILY fueled report to see how the public reacts to the news … my money is on the former but you never know.
