Cleveland South

December 25th, 2017

It has happened.

The Bucs got a prize by the way of the NFL outcomes yesterday and it is nothing to be proud of.

The Rams beat the Titans 27-23. As a result, the Rams clinched the NFC West division title.

Why is that news for Bucs fans?

Well, the Rams had the longest playoff drought in the NFC (12 years). That is wiped out. Guess who has the longest playoff drought in the NFC now?

That’s right, your Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

And if the Bucs fire Dirk Koetter next month, that will be the fourth coach the Bucs have launched since Chucky in January 2009.

And if that happens, the Bucs will officially turn into Cleveland South. Hey, since Chucky was fired the Browns (worst home record since 2008) have just one more home win than the Bucs.

Merry Christmas!

  2. Mike Evans GOAT Says:

Don’t get it twisted, the browns FANS deserve a winner 10x more than these garbage, delusional fans we have in Tampa

  3. Blackmagic00 Says:

Lmao! Thanks! No serious…… I can’t stop chuckling. I’m so conditioned to losing that I don’t know how to feel or act when we win. I love this team. It’s like the dysfunctional family that that just loves each other. Let’s get this off-season championship on its way already.

  4. Blackmagic00 Says:

And by the way, it’ll be something like 10 consecutive off-season championships.

  5. BuccLuck Says:

We’re way better at the offseason than the browns though. When is the last time the Browns we’re talked about as legitimate playoff contenders and possibly super bowl dark horses like we were last offseason?

  6. BuccLuck Says:

    ^Ghost of Christmas Sarcasm

  7. Blackmagic00 Says:

Bucc we always win the off-season. And that’s the only reason I don’t hold the owners accountable for the failures of the regular season. We always look awesome. Then we have an accident in the bed during the season.

  8. Lakeland Says:

    Merry Christmas Succaneers!

  9. Blackmagic00 Says:

Joe, how does it feel knowing as Gruden went down as did the franchise, this site was born? I really can’t wait to see what this site looks and feels like when this teams is in the playoffs and beyond.

  10. Blackmagic00 Says:

  13. Blackmagic00 Says:

Was sitting here thinking about this article and something struck me. No matter how bed it is right now, we all know it’ll eventually get better. Now what makes me smile? We have a ring. Can any of you imagine what it feels like as a Lions fan? I don’t want to try to feel their misery.

  14. Clint Says:

The Bucs are already Cleveland south man. They have been for a while. There’s no “if this happens”. When you’re laying your money on Sundays over the past _____ years, just like the Browns, when in doubt bet against Tampa and any number and you’ll make money hand over fist. The outcome will never turn out for some franchises, and this is one of them. Easily one of the worst franchises in sports and a total doormat. That’s not going to change, guys don’t want to be Buccaneers; and they ruin all good things. They’re going to waste Jameis’ career just fine. They are just NFC Cleveland.

  15. Buc believer Says:

I woke up this morning my head still foggy from all the Jack Daniels I drank to get thru the game yesterday and my groin hurting because my beloved Bucs kicked me there again and just generally feeling bad for my football self…. then I remembered 2 things. 1. Only ONE more morning do I have to wake up feeling like this. And number 2 ITS CHRISTMAS!!!! Merry Christmas everyone and let’s hope at least Santa is better to us than our Bucs have been.

  16. Son of Kobe Faker Says:

Merry christmas to all the buc sheep

    Gruden coming to town

Alot of draft picks for the next 2 years

2018 draft clev and giants getting top 2 qbs

    Indy has luck

We trade our 4th pick to buff(josh allen) for their 2018 1st and 2nd round picks and 2019 1st and 2nd(at worst 3rd) round picks

  17. '79Defense Says:

Guess who we play at home next year. Cleveland. My pessimistic guess is that the schedule makers of course make it for opening day and Cleveland snaps their 17 game losing streak, thanks to us. Then we all can start talking about the 2019 draft. –But who knows? Maybe better days are ahead.

    Merry Christmas to all!

  18. BigMacAttack Says:

And the next head coach of the Dallas Cowboys is …….
    John Gruden.

  19. Fire Goodell Says:

And why would Gruden, or any coach for that matter want to coach this team?

  20. Pierce Says:

The Glazers suck. End of story.

  21. mark2001 Says:

Big…it isn’t just about the paycheck. If it was an easier paycheck, he would have stayed at MNF. And he has enough money for the rest of his life. But he only has one home town as preferred residence, where he can be a living legend. And that is Tampa/ Tampa Bay. Wonder why Zobrist wanted to be a Cub? Ever hear of Eureka, Il.? It isn’t always “just about the money”.

  22. mark2001 Says:

Fire…this team isn’t that far away with a couple players on both sides of the ball and a above average coaching staff. Jon was right when he said this team is only a play or two in each game of having their record pretty much reversed.

  23. Mike Johnson Says:

Somebody here beat me to it. I read in the Dallas newspaper Chucky might be the man being looked at in Dallas. Who Knows? I’m predicting our Bucs will turn it around completely in 2 yrs without Koetter though!

  24. Don Ryjo Says:

Now you’re just being hurtful, Joe.

  25. Joeypoppems Says:

We’re not quite on the Browns level. Jimmy Haslam is planning to keep a HC with a 1-30 record through 2 seasons. The Glazers arent that dumb.

  26. Tom Says:

I don’t think there is any way Chucky & Jerry Jones could get along. No to Dallas.
