“Kaufman’s Korner”

Ira on the Bucs. Video style!

You can never get enough eye-RAH!

The King of New Port Richey, the Custodian of Canton, caretaker of Dante and overall fan of the beet salad, prized JoeBucsFan.com columnist Ira Kaufman, joined “Scott Smith’s Tailgate Sunday” on WTVT-TV Channel 13. Of course, Joe has the video below.

eye-RAH! talked about the State of the Bucs after four games and what Bucs player should be in the running for a prestigious NFL award, and delivered a quality paprikash blast as only eye-RAH! can.

Enjoy!

That’s right. Earn your money or somebody else will.

    As simple as that.

    On point Ira

Dirk has not been a very good play caller this year and lacks any kind of imagination for all the weapons our offense looks boring but the same could be said for Mike Smith. He has Excellent interior pass rushers and linebackers but they won’t run more 3-4 it’s weird to do it on the first play if the season then stop. No edge rushers at all but they keep trying I don’t get it. Suddenly it looks like it’s no longer about lack of talent but weak coaching. Dirk should be feeling the pressure

  4. Guzzie Says:

It’s weak talent and weak coaching, let’s see if JW improves his accuracy or is he gonna be the next failed Bucs QB

Great Job IRA!!! Proud moment for JBF!!

@Not There Yet … “Suddenly it looks like it’s no longer about lack of talent but weak coaching.” I’d agree with you that we should be doing much better on the offensive side of the ball because we’ve got excellent talent there, but can’t agree on the defensive side. Bucs defense has had to deal with injuries galore and with extended time on the field because our offense hasn’t been sustaining drives & putting up TDs. We’ve got a questionable secondary & our DEs just aren’t getting pressure on opposing QBs. Cut Smitty some slack; he’s done an excellent job with average talent.

Wow guys have some faith. When was the last time it felt this good to be a Bucs fan? Ira said it himself, we haven’t been .500 at the quarter marks for the past 5 years! You can’t seriously say you felt more comfortable with Lovie or Shiano calling the shots? Hell even if JW3 was never anything more than J-Fro on the field stat wise, wouldn’t you rather have a passionate leader trying to push others around him to get better that genuinely loves the game, or someone who comes in late and doesn’t care about the team who’s just there to collect a paycheck? I feel like the only way some of you will be happy is if we are undefeated!

    Who is “Ira Kauffman”?

Fox 13 is *still* misspelling his name.

  9. Bucs Nihilist Says:

Irv looks like Tom McEwen and John McKay have a son.

    Love the K. Korner

  10. Mike Johnson Says:

I’m not gonna be super hard on Keotter….Just yet. But if our injury delpeted scrappy Defense cn keep us in games, then Our Talented Offense needs to deliver. Thats Koetters job. Either start calling better plays or get yourself an Offensive Coordinator. Every game we should have at least 24 points..bare minimum.

As if his docile Brooklyn tones weren’t enough on the Pod we get that handsome grill once a week. Thank you. Give that man a Cadillac Ed Morse!!!!

    @MJ
Agree, either the play calling needs to improve or he needs to consider handing the reins over to Monken for the rest of the year. He seemed to form a couple of high flying offenses in college and had a good resume.
