Gerald McCoy invited The Players’ Tribune into his world and out came this 60-second video. Among other things, McCoy says playoffs are an absolute must immediately. And he implies that he will play until no NFL team wants him.

McCoy haters have to be the most boring people in football – well outside of the Schiano fanclub anyways.

WTF is wrong with what he said? Playoffs is the goal, then anything can happen. I can’t say anything negative here, GMC is a a key player that we need to get us to the promised land!!!!

Clay: Mike Evans, WR, Bucs. Xavier Rhodes has emerged as one of the league’s top cover corners and is a strong bet to shadow Evans in Week 3. Rhodes has limited his opposition to seven receptions for 86 yards so far this season, despite facing Antonio Brown and Michael Thomas on 37 (or 70 percent) of the 53 pass plays for which he has been on the field. Avoid Evans in daily fantasy leagues against this tough Minnesota defense.

In the link yesterday from Jameis’s car shopping, Jameis said Gerald is one of the greatest men/player I know. That is some pretty high praise and from what we have been seeing from GMC lately I think it’s well deserved. We have some tremendous men on this team now. Makes you proud to be a fan!
