I’m very happy with our o-line but they did NOT play well last game

  2. Nujerzbuc Says:

Doug Martin is not the problem. Watching the tape the line is not getting any push. Hawley is weak at the point of attack and Gosder Cherilus was terrible. Martin is missing some holes but run blocking the line has not looked good. Martin is getting hit in the backfield way to much. It doesn’t help Martin with no threat of a pass. Martin isn’t a major problem. Do you think Todd Gurley is terrible now as well? Think Martin isn’t as bad as Lee is saying.

LOL Joe just because the recording is in stereo doesn’t mean you shouldn’t have both voices coming through both the L and R channels. It’s extremely painful to listen to with headphones (yes, using both). C’mon man, that’s Audio 101.

All jokes aside, these podcasts with the Joes and Ira are the absolute best! Ira has been the best addition to JBF! Now, let’s get down to the details:

FACT: The Bucs are 6-0 when Martin plays the FULL game.
FACT: The Bucs have the 2nd highest amount of run plays stuffed in the backfield / behind the LOS.
FACT: The Bucs have the worst conversion on power runs (less than 2 yards to go on 3rd down, 4th down, or goal to go situations).

Why do you guys refuse to put any blame on an underperforming o-line and bad, unimaginative play calling? Why?????

Love all the content you guys put out and love the Ed Morse Cadillac podcast. Thank you very much for everything you do.

With that said, there’s no reason I should have Ira talking in my left ear, Steve(I think) in my right ear and Lee(I think) on both ears. It’s not our headsets, it’s however you guys are doing it.

    Thanks Joes! Merry Christmas!

Hint: Podcasts are supposed to be mastered in mono.

  6. Warthog Says:

I usually prefer podcasts in mono too. But I must admit, I found something about these smooth, stereo voices slightly…
