If there is one word I would take from camp so far it seems to be unpredictably both on D and O and I am LOVING it!

  2. Stpetebucsfan Says:

BTW I could have added another word…versatility…our athletes tremendous versatility enables both Koetter and Smitty to be unpredictable.

We’re going to have so many weapons on O with which to attack and now it looks like the same thing is happening on D.

    GO BUCS!

  3. Landon Says:

This was a great play.. expecting more than a few of Koetter’s “explosive plays” to come from the screen game during the season. I took a sweet still shot of Jameis throwing this pass from the stands. Charles Sims look so fast when he gets the edge on a defense, it really is thrilling to watch. Go Bucs!!

  4. BuccaneEric75 Says:

Plays like that will slow down the pass rush. A few of those and Winston can launch downfield on the slow developing routes. Receivers with time to make double moves on the outside spell doom for opponents!

  5. Buccaneers Says:

Sims fully earned more looks this year from what he did last season. Keep working on it bro, we need ya.

Landon I’m jelly and 75 well stated.

  7. Kobe Faker Says:

Chuck Sims is the best recieving RB in the NFL

I wish they can pick up another running RB to relieve Martin and Sims running the ball

I want Sims to play more 1st and 2nd down as a slot reciever at the LOS or out in motion from the 2 back set. Get him on the field fulltime. Sims in space vs a linebacker is money

Sims RAC in traffic and the way he setsup his blocks is unparelled. He has great vision and explodes downfield with an occasional somersault at the end zone

“I wish I can do those things” Molasse Evans

  8. Tampabaybucfan Says:

Sims seems to be certainly earning his 3rd round pick….the naysayers have been quiet lately…..I’m very excited for what he brings to the offense.

  9. OneBuc55 Says:

If I were Licht Id give Sims a raise right now while hes still cheap…I believe that Martin, Sims, and Mike James are the best backs on this team…

  10. Cobraboy Says:

Dotson looked MASSIVE going after that DB on the screen…

We think alike…again though as a little kid I remember Johnny U and Lennie Moore who like Sims came out an RB but was used as a hybrid RB/WR

And I agree! I’d love to see Sims in the slot…especially given our lack of depth at WR.

I have been saying try Sims in the slot for years. He is MONEY!
