Joe was back in the steel cage with the dean of Tampa Bay sports radio, Steve Duemig of WDAE-AM 620.

The JoeBucsFan.com Hour was a lively affair, as Joe was fresh out of the NFL Owners Meetings.

Enjoy.

Howdy Luv and the rest of my Bucs buddies. I am leaving the great NorthWest for a few weeks in favor of Atl, Orlando, and Panama City in said order. I will be out of circulation and hoping the Bucs sign Roddy White to a small contract whilst I’m gone and I will be back before the draft. I will make sure to send pics of the Doormat Flounder I catch in PCB
    Peace and Go Bucs

Best hour of the week on 620 wdae. There’s no show better. Wish it was longer than 25-30 mins tho. (After all the commercials) and now Steve has cut it shorter with coach Cooper for 15 min. Cmon Big Dog!

    Thanks for the kind words.

The Cooper hit is a paid appearance. WDAE is not NPR. They need revenue to keep the lights on. And the station has to work around Cooper’s busy schedule.

It’s not like the NFL where players and coaches can take a specific hour at the end of the day to chat. Late afternoon, NHL days are like Sunday mornings at 11 a.m. for the NFL.

Sometime in April, those Cooper appearances will not encroach on Joe’s weekly hour any longer.
