At this point, America’s Quarterback, Jameis Winston, openly talks about being the supreme leader of your Buccaneers.

Today, he talked about one of his new leadership philosophies, something that evolved last week.

Asked about whether his teammates are starting to take on his personality, Jameis replied as follows:

“I would hope so. Just because I love them and, hopefully, their love for me is showing,” Jameis said. “I’d go to war for anyone of them, and hopefully they’ll go to war for me. But when it comes to, when you’re being yourself, people, they follow that. One thing I learned about a great leader; a great leaders creates great leaders. You know, not just great followers. So I definitely have a long way to go to get everybody to have the same mentality to be able to follow me.”

Joe immediately followed up with a question to Jameis asking from where he developed this philosophy of creating leaders.

Jameis said it was forged after a text from his uncle following Thursday’s loss in St. Louis.

Joe can’t wait to see how Jameis leads from the opening bell of next season in 2016. Joe’s talking about April, when the team returns to One Buc Palace for offseason work.

It’s one of John Maxwell’s ’21 Irrefutable Laws of Leadership’. The law of empowerment, mostly.

    Jameis shares qualities of Sapp..

You’d better get it right if you’re a player, or else, deal with Jameis and get your face ripped off.
