Starting right tackle Gosder Cherilus takes a seat today, along with Gerald McCoy.
The Bucs’ inactive list was released and those two vets head the group that also includes injured George Johnson and Jacquies Smith, along with No. 3 quarterback Ryan Griffin, healthy tight end Brandon Myers and concussion-troubled Bruce Carter.
Cherilus has been battling a knee injury, so it seems Demar Dotson will start, his first time taking the field since he injured a knee on Aug. 15 in Minnesota.
And the inactive list also reveals that Ali Marpet is back from his three weeks of sprained-ankle blues.
Joe sure will have his eyes on the right side of the offensive line today.

I’m actually kind of excited to see Marpet and Dotson together, I think it should be an improvement. Cherilus may not get his position back

Come on boys, we need this one. The Falcons D Line is not exactly the most dangerous. I’m predicting a much improved offensive performance today. Tough missing McCoy and others, but our defense will need to leave it all on the field. Both teams know they have to win this game to have a chance to sneak into the wildcard hunt.

I’m sorry did you say mcoy wasn’t playing today? How would you know? They look the same with him or without him. Trade the baby who can’t play unless all his fingers work. Who’s that guy who plays for the Giants without fingers. Why our own jason pierre-paul.
