In Free They Trust

October 21st, 2013

“Tirico, man, this guy Freeman was on the open market, just sitting there for the Vikings to snatch up cheap. Are you *&^%’n kidding me? Who gives up on a talent like this freak of nature. That kid ran my playbook to 10 wins and 25 TDs and six picks in 2010. I had wet dreams about a freakin’ weapon like that. Fans are going to like what they see tonight. I sat down with Freeman for an hour on Saturday. This kid’s got his head screwed on so right, you’d need 3-in-1 oil to get him off track. He luvvs football.”

Joe’s got quality sliced meats and a six-pack of Shock Top chilling for the start of the Josh Freeman era with the Vikings tonight on Monday Night Football.

Like Freeman or not, his performance must intrigue you if you’re a Buccaneers fan. The man started 59 games for Tampa Bay and was the team’s anointed franchise quarterback during five seasons.

A few thoughts:

1) Look for Chucky to gush over all things Freeman. It’s the perfect backhanded way to take shots at the organization that fired him and got him to launch the Fired Football Coach Association, or whatever he calls the club he created.

2) Freeman will run. Joe suspects Leslie Frazier, fighting for his job, will realize that Freeman is best when he’s, um, free — free to run and improvise and not worry about coaches ripping his head off. Freeman was the second leading rushing QB in the NFL in 2010, and now he’s fitter and stronger. The Vikings have nothing to lose, and Joe suspects Freeman would love to showcase his versatility.

3) Freeman will be Freeman, aka inconsistent. Barring a miracle game, look for ol’ No. 5 to wow and frustrate. With Minnesota, however, Freeman lovers will be able to blame his Freemanesque ways on unfamiliarity with receivers.

4) Joe did a Saturday interview on Minneapolis sports radio and Joe was amazed by how smitten Vikings fans are with Freeman, primarily because he absolutely torched a solid Vikings defense on Thursday Night Football last year. It’s also been widely reported up there that Vikings players seem to be smitten with Freeman and what a cool guy he his.

Chucky wasn’t gushing last night when he stated he was “confused” about Freeman starting.

  2. PRBucFan Says:

“3) Freeman will be Freeman, aka inconsistent. Barring a miracle game, look for ol’ No. 5 to wow and frustrate. With Minnesota, however, Freeman lovers will be able to blame his Freemanesque ways on unfamiliarity with receivers.”

    Lol good one Joe

  3. BucsQcCity Says:

Schian0-6 must pray that Freeman doesn’t have a good night…

About the rb depth didn’t we had Hillis for 900k$??? Oh right, we dumped it…

  4. BB Says:

Well good luck joe how about an article about Greg roman as our new coach and the Rock Star QB from Oregon those two would make our franchise good for years

  5. bucfanjeff Says:

With every Freeman TD, it’s one more nail in Schiano\Dominik coffin.
    With every f-up, it’s validation.

I’m pulling for the guy to light it up.

  6. DCBUCSFAN Says:

With a coaching staff doing what a coaching staff is supposed to do – and that’s coach up players – Josh is gonna be lights out! In the meantime, the Bucs will have suffer with this idiot joke of a coach who hasnt won a game in forever!

  7. PRBucFan Says:

We’ll see if Josh can put together a complete season.

    Something he’s only done once.

And than back to back complete seasons, something he’s never done.

So what if he wins? Nothing he does will mean anything till he can do that.

  8. Hawaiian Buc Says:

    “Schian0-6 must pray that Freeman doesn’t have a good night… ”

    ——

Oh yeah, you can bank on that one. He’s got his Freeman voo doo doll ready.

  9. Andrew 1 Says:

its ganna be weird seeing him in vikings purple after rooting for him for so long. o well, he gets no support from me anymore, same for anyone else not a member of the bucs.

  10. SteveK Says:

I am not wishing Freeman to do poorly, but to see him play his ass off tonight would only be salt on the wound.

  11. Drew Says:

    Wish the kid the best.

  12. Luther Says:

I could care less if he has a good night. He had some great games here but he also had quite a few terrible games. He was released for good reason and I am glad we can now figure out what Glennon brings to this team. If we are fortunate, we can get another QB in the draft next April.

  13. chickster Says:

I do wish him well he deserved better and so did gruden and dungy this is by far the worst organization in football and these lame fans supporting this coach is completely beyond me while this coach blames something different each week these are not boys these are men and just the thought of filming players at the end of games that’s why they will never play for him

  14. richmondtxbucsfan Says:

Im really excited for this game. I don’t know why. Free sucked here intampa and it wasn’t all his fault. The leash on him was to short here and I want to see what he can do when, free. I’m pulling for him…

  15. Bucfan#37 Says:

I expect Freeman to play well also. It is against the stinking Giants. I’ll be pulling for the Giants.

  16. kh Says:

Vikings fans must not have forgot about that game because it was Doug Martin who torched them last year.

  17. kh Says:

chickster please show me all the support for Schiano. There are no fans supporting him so please quit fighting the windmills there Don Quixote.

  18. BucsQcCity Says:

If it wasn’t for freeman last year, Schian0-6 might have gone 0-22 at the moment! He should be grateful that Freeman gave him some slack

  19. PRBucFan Says:

I can already see all the Freemanites donning their freshly new purple Freeman jerseys spamming the hell out of JBF after Freeman has a good game.

    Aren’t the Giant’s winless too?

LoL As if it somehow means he’s changed.

Elite QB for a few games and the worst QB in the league for some others.

For everyones sake hold off on the parade till he does it for a complete season?

  20. kh Says:

And if it wasn’t for Freeman being such an immature little bitch we wouldn’t be in this situation. Or was it too overbearing to ask him show up on time?

  21. DomsAdvisor Says:

Here’s hoping he fails miserably. I will be completely surprised if he does well.

The Giants have always had his number. Always.

  22. Snook Says:

Freeman won’t do anything tonight. The Giants actually play the run decently so they’ll stack the box and make Freeman beat them. He couldn’t learn Sullivan’s offense in 2 years or Olson’s offense either. Doubt he picks up Minny’s in less than 2 weeks. Unless he double stacks the Adderall.

Not worried at all about what Freeman is (isn’t) going to do tonight.

  23. BucsQcCity Says:

Don’t get me wrong Freeman is a immature selfish idiot but hey, anything to kick Schian0-6 out

  24. Kalind Says:

Give it a couple weeks. Once into the nose candy…..he’ll find the ski slopes out there soon enough. And then we’ll be reminded that we’re glad it’s all finally over.

  25. DomsAdvisor Says:

Is is possible for Buc groomed QBs to lose MORE than 16 games this season?

  26. PRBucFan Says:

I had no idea Beason is a Giant now.

Thank God we don’t have to play him anymore.

He knows Freeman’s play pretty well too 🙂

  27. Splengo Says:

Oh my gosh, it’s Josh the new Purple People Eater! LoL. Good luck kid! Not my QB anymore but he used to be so I wish him the best. Sooner or later we will play the Vikes and I’ll wait for my chance to root against him then.

  28. Danimal Says:

Just saw Gruden interview Freeman, I was underwelmed by Freemans enthusiasm. Even with Grudens pep talk he looks like he has no Heart.

  29. Buc1987 Says:

“For everyones sake hold off on the parade till he does it for a complete season?”
PRBuc…wishful thinking man. If he throws for 45% and 1 TD 2 int’s, the Vikings D gets 2 pick sixes and the Viking’s win. They will say see I told cha so look how good Freeman was last night.

  30. Young buc Says:

Prbucsfan I’m tired of ur mouth
Not every qb is a hall of famer
There are qb that won SB that
    Will never sniff the hall
Freeman is 25 and never had a real
Coach he still doesn’t have one
The bucs bungled the freeman era
It happens in the nfl all the time

  31. bucbucbuc Says:

Rooting for Freeman means you’re rooting against Schiano.

By that logic, I think ALL Bucs fans should be pulling for Josh to be spectacular tonight.

  32. Buc1987 Says:

Josh Freeman has turned into Ryan Leaf. His heart is not in it, but his bank account is. He’ll milk this sh!t for as long as he can.

  33. Couch Fan Says:

Your right Young Buc, busts happen all the time.

  34. PRBucFan Says:

Most of us didn’t want a hall of famer 😉

Just a consistent QB, who could manage a game.

One that found his rhythm before the fourth quarter/last 3 minutes of the game maybe?

  35. chickster Says:

spit the coach out of your mouth kh nobody can understand what your saying

  36. BucsFan68 Says:

Gruden didn’t take any backhanded shots; he stated he was fired by the Bucs; he also showed clips of 3 other QBs that ultimately wasn’t wanted in Tampa for the long haul that did good after leaving Tampa; even showed the highlight of Doug Williams falling down and completing a TD pass. It’s not backhanded shots, it’s just honest facts.

  37. PRBucFan Says:

I could give two shiites what your tired of Young 😉

  38. Young buc Says:

Yea I know we had a few busts
We let go over the years
We shall c in do time how this turns out

  39. SteveK Says:

    Touche Couch Fan.

Barney is “busting out” the purple jump suit tonight.

C’mon Justin Tuck and JPP, Let’s eat!

  40. PRBucFan Says:

We’ve already seen how he turned out here.

    That cannot be undone

  41. Goodolebucfan Says:

PrBucsfan the Freeman hater makes me laugh he sucks so bad he set Bucs passing records. He may not be a great QB but I can’t judge him yet he hasn’t play for a real NFL coach or had a real OC or even a real QB coach (the last one doesn’t even think he needs to teach a QB mechanics). Maybe a real coach working in a stable system then he can be judged just saying. By the way don’t expect big things this game with only 1 plus weeks of practice with team. This coach needs him to succeed to protect his job so he won’t sabotage him like Schiano did.

  42. kh Says:

chickster apparently you are too stupid to realize one can hate and blame both Schiano and Freeman at the same time. Moron.

  43. mpmalloy Says:

    The Gruden quote was awesome.
That was a quote, wasn’t it?

  44. Young buc Says:

And anyone don’t get me wrong a like
Glennon hope he doesn’t have 3 head coaches

  45. Buc1987 Says:

I saw a clip on Doug Williams yesterday. I did not realize that he was not the opening day starter for the Skins. He had that great run for the Skins won a SB and then began to suck each season after. Just like Trent sucked after the Ravens won the SB. Yet people make them out to have gone on and did great things with their careers. Yes they did win a SB so that’s great, but what I’m saying is Buc fans like to think these guys were elite and they were far from it.

  46. BucsFan68 Says:

    Danimal Says:

Just saw Gruden interview Freeman, I was underwelmed by Freemans enthusiasm. Even with Grudens pep talk he looks like he has no Heart.
    —————————————————————————————-
Everybody is not a rah rah type of person. It doesn’t mean he has no heart. Eli Manning has a similar demeanor; the difference is he’s been surrounded by a better team which afforded him the opportunity to perform on the big stage and he has performed well. Having a demonstrative personality is not a requirement for job success.

  47. chickster Says:

I am dreading Thursday night game its going to be ugly

  48. PRBucFan Says:

Blah blah blah He was Good Josh Bad Josh before Schiano got here 😉

Oh and what did those passing records get this Bucs organization?

Nothing, not even a play off berth

And by the way with the horrific QB history that this organization breaking those records really was not that impressive.

And to the same degree the jilted Freemanites make me laugh just as much.

    Thanks for that

  49. SteveK Says:

    Young Buc Raphael?

Glennon will either turn into our guy at the end of the year, or we are on the market for a QB. Simple as that, playa. 🙂

  50. Splengo Says:

Whether Freeman does good or bad, haters gon’ hate. It’s all they got left. Nothing to feel good about at home. But whose fault is that?

  51. Adam L. Says:

I think the better Free plays, the easier it will be to justify canning Schiano. That’s Talib, Blount, Bennett, and Freeman all thriving under a different coach.

  52. SteveK Says:

    chickster,

Be like Jared Allen, and “Embrace the suck”.

    Johnny effing Football in 2014.

  53. PRBucFan Says:

Adrian Peterson won’t be a factor in the Vikings getting a victory…

    Definitely not at all!

He only got this team to the playoffs with Ponder at QB ahahaha

  54. PRBucFan Says:

Nope I wont hate Freeman at all if he finally has a complete season.

Hell I’ve been waiting since 2010

And no not a few good games, a complete season

  55. kh Says:

BucsFan68 – the difference between Eli and Freeman is that Eli doesn’t have a drug problem or off the field issues. Oh and he has two super bowl rings which gives him cart blanche to be aloof.

When you’ve won nothing you better at least have your shit together and act like you care about football more than partying.

  56. Buc1987 Says:

That was a nice practice throw they just showed Freeman throwing on ESPN…sailing the ball well over the receivers head.

  57. PRBucFan Says:

    The announcers just nailed it.

If he doesn’t win with AP than it would be a shame lol

  58. kh Says:

BucsFan68 – the difference between Eli and Freeman is that Eli doesn’t have a drug problem or off the field issues. Oh and he has two super bowl rings which gives him cart blanche to be aloof.

When you’ve won nothing you better at least have your act together and seem like you care about football more than partying.

  59. Buc1987 Says:

LOL Keyshawn just said Freeman needs to stay in the classroom and stay off the streets.

  60. Goodolebucfan Says:

PR what other quality head coach did he play for? rah? your killing me? We haven’t had a coach since Gruden.

  61. chickster Says:

kh your a moron get off the coaches jock and act like a whatever you are

  62. PRBucFan Says:

    No way Stevek

Bridgwater first with the Oregon kid as an as close as you can get second

  63. SteveK Says:

We will see, it is a fuking Catalina Wine Mixer!

  64. chickster Says:

    they love this coach wow

  65. SteveK Says:

    PRBUCFAN,

Why not flip a coin, heads its Clowney, tails its Mathews?

I almost feel we should be obligated to draft Jake Mathews on talent and legacy. If he plays half as good as his old man, we are in luck.

  66. PRBucFan Says:

I forgot he needs his hand held in every aspect of his game.

It’s ok Josh make rookie mistakes into your 5th year because you haven’t had ANYONE coaching you on the basic fundamentals of QB’s throughout all of your college career and NFL career.\

    It’s ok 😉

Your killing me buddy, quit with the excuses

  67. kh Says:

Thank you for proving your stupidity once again, its a miracle you can even read.

I long for the day I log onto JBF and see that Schiano has been fired and sent packing back to the bricks.

  68. Goodolebucfan Says:

    No excuses just facts Idiot

  69. PRBucFan Says:

They would both be great picks too!!!!

Unless makes a case that would be impossible to pass him up (I don’t that will happen) I say we definitely go after a QB.

    I hope we do.

And I want to win more than anything every Sunday but at this point in the season L’s get us closer to that number 1 pick.

If the Panthers blow us out and the coaching staff gets wiped clean it wouldn’t be such a bad thing either.

Schiano lost any support I ever gave him with that damn FG and kickoff

  70. PRBucFan Says:

Oh yes I am sure your right.

The plethora of passing coaches he’s had in his life as a QB must ALL BE incapable.

    It can’t be just Freeman.

    Your right. 😉

  71. Couch Fan Says:

It sure is weird to see him in a different colored jersey. Lol

  72. Goodolebucfan Says:

actually he did well when Van Pelt was his QB coach. But we shall see won’t we. I have no problem saying I am wrong if he sucks for other coaches but he is better then ponder.

  73. PRBucFan Says:

My blood is boiling seeing him in a different Jersey Couch.

I hate that he let us down.

All those years wasted rooting for him to just flop

  74. PRBucFan Says:

    LoL

He must have forgot what Pelt taught him after he left right?

And yes Pelt must have been his only good coach cause he had his only complete season with him right? He couldn’t have been the exception to the rule right?

QB’s don’t lose what they have learn over the years, they are supposed retain and gradually become better.

    Not regress, nice try

  75. PRBucFan Says:

You’ll have to wait an entire season to see if you were wrong or not.

Cause a few wins mean nothing

  76. Eric Says:

    Good luck Josh.

  77. Bobby Says:

“That’s Talib, Blount, Bennett, and Freeman all thriving under a different coach.”

Talib is the only one thriving. Bennett has 13 tackles and 4.5 sacks. I think he was better last year at this point in the season. Blount thriving? 219 yds in 6 games. 4.1 yds per carry. Yeah…he’s Adrian Peterson cloned. As for Freeman, he may very well thrive in a different system…I don’t know and don’t care. He didn’t thrive here and Mike Glennon seems to be doing fine in the same system Freeman was in. Freeman needed to go.

  78. PRBucFan Says:

Talib is hurt “yet again” don’t forget that

  79. PRBucFan Says:

It’s always a hammy or hip flexer with him

  80. PRBucFan Says:

Bein a Buc fan though, watch Freeman turn into the next Manning.

    SmH

  81. Eric Says:

When has Jon taken shots at the bucs organization.

  82. kh Says:

No chance, the difference between Freeman and other Bucs QBs who went on to fame elsewhere is that Freeman was surrounded by talent.

  83. canadianbuc Says:

im guessing this might as well be an open thread like during a bucs game………Because we all wanna see and talk about freeman during this game

  84. kh Says:

Awaits the idiots rooting for Peyton Hillis…

  85. Adam L. Says:

@KH I was BIG TIME on the Hillis bandwagon.

  86. PRBucFan Says:

I thought Hillis would have success here too!

And he did, we just had too many backs and he couldn’t stay healthy

  87. Tampabaybuctfan Says:

Freeman is history, gone, departed, terminated, through, finished, vanished, elsewhere, SYONARA, ADIOS, AU-REVOIR, Auf WIEDERSHEN, CHEERIO, ADJO, ANTIO, DO SVIDANIYA, HASTA LA VISTA, BYE-BYE…. SO LONG
Of course, Schiano would say CAIO!!!

  88. DomsAdvisor Says:

Fail Josh Fail! Fail Josh Fail!

  89. kh Says:

Good point, Bucs fans at least have valid reasons to root for Hillis, he never had an issue with drugs or showing up on time.

  90. PRBucFan Says:

    Nicks blew that!!!!! LoL

Maybe the Giants will give this game to Josh

  91. SteveK Says:

Here comes Freeman, can’t wait to see how he does.

  92. PRBucFan Says:

    Remember Stevek

Who can lose with a once in a lifetime RB like Peterson?

  93. Buc1987 Says:

Here he comes Ra-phael are you excited? Do you have a boner?

  94. PRBucFan Says:

He abandoned that username and/or the Bucs after Freeman got bounced.

He was seriously all about Freeman and only Freeman lol.

I honestly think he probably spends his time on JoeVikesFan now

  95. Buc1987 Says:

    PRBucFan…he’s Young buc now.

  96. PRBucFan Says:

    OMG a 1st down…

Already more than he did here.

    Damn it Freeman.

    Thats right Jon Gruden

    Tell it like it is

  97. DomsAdvisor Says:

    3rd and long.

Free may toss a pick here.

  98. Cmurda Says:

This is the Freeman vs Vikes thread. Free looks like Free. A good play then a bad one and then another bad one.

  99. Football Chic Says:

    Looks familiar

  100. DomsAdvisor Says:

LMAO… Our rookie Mike Glennon can sustain longer drives than that!

  101. PRBucFan Says:

    1987 is he????

    LoL That would make since

  102. PRBucFan Says:

    sense*

  103. andres Says:

    Come on Josh, play well!

  104. GenocideD Says:

Hmmmm. Where have I seen him overthrow his receiver before???

  105. Buc1987 Says:

PRB yeah Joe blocked his name for calling some poster that was making fun of Josh a member of the KKK. The name is even filtered out now too. Try typing it. It won’t work.

  106. PRBucFan Says:

    Freeman’s TD looked pretty

  107. BigMacAttack Says:

One things for sure and that is a lot of Buc fans are watching tonight.

If the Giants continue to lose out, maybe the Bucs can trade for Eli. Eli can totally run Sulli’s system and with VJax And Mike Will, Eli could rock. He is a total franchise QB with two rings. Maybe the NY fans will run him out of town. Trade Revis for Eli.

  108. Patrick in VA Says:

It’s funny seeing Josh in purple. Gotta say though, he looked a lot more together i’m the 2 weeks he’s been in their system than he did the last few years with us. No deer in the headlights looks yet

  109. DomsAdvisor Says:

    Josh is winning… yaaayyy!

  110. BigMacAttack Says:

    What TD???

  111. canadianbuc Says:

@bigmac Coughlin will be fired before they trade eli. Don’t thing you trade a qb with 2 rings

  112. Capt. Tim Says:

    Good luck Josh!
Good job, giving the Vikes the lead, at the end of one!!
Glennon hasn’t ever had the lead, has he?
Think he’s been sucking hind tit in every game.

  113. DomsAdvisor Says:

We are some of the very few people actually watching this snoozer fellas.

  114. PRBucFan Says:

Giving the Vikes the lead at the end of 1

    BWAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

  115. Cmurda Says:

We’ll also be some of the few watching Thursday night’s game. I’m interested to how we can spin that one into a debacle like the first 6.

  116. Capt. Tim Says:

You can see that Josh is inspiring the entire Viking team- they are starting to get pumped up- because they realize they have a QB!!

    Nice!!

    I wish we had one . . .

  117. kh Says:

Don’t kid yourself, New York could be 0-15 and there would still be millions of people watching their games. Plus Vikings fans are fanatics, the entire states lives and dies on Sunday.

  118. PRBucFan Says:

    BMA

It was a comment like the one above which is why I made the TD comment about Free lol.

  119. SteveK Says:

The Benn’d Around doesn’t work in Minnesota either…

  120. GenocideD Says:

Freeman says, “I’ve got this play I want to run similar to the Benn’d Around” that should work.

  121. DomsAdvisor Says:

    LMAO… terrible pass.

  122. GenocideD Says:

    another pass that sails.

  123. SteveK Says:

    Capt. Tim,

Did you just see that throw to *Wide Open* WR missed, “his second wide open receiver missed”.

  124. DomsAdvisor Says:

Glennon can sustain drives better than Freeman.

  125. PRBucFan Says:

    How’s that Vikes Jersey?

Yea he’s so inspiring glad he inspired us to so many wins.

Those were some nice high throws though.

    Seen that before

  126. SteveK Says:

    Slow your roll Timbo,

    3 and out.

  127. BigMacAttack Says:

Benn’d around lol. You were on it.

  128. Cmurda Says:

He made a nice Ogletree – like pass 2 yards short of the 1st down.

  129. kh Says:

A leopard can’t change its spots.

Glennon is definitely not the answer but he’s infinitely better at mid-range passes than Freeman, it’s not even close.

  130. BigMacAttack Says:

He did hit the cameraman in stride on the last drive. His favorite play to the sidelines and end zone.

  131. Cmurda Says:

LOL @ Capt Tim. Riling up the troops are we?

  132. bucsfan1979 Says:

Ha Ha freeman is sucking it up LMAO classic freeman throws.

  133. Buc1987 Says:

PRB…we’ve seen LOTS of high throws. It’s funny to hear Gruden say that it’s probably because of throwing to new wr’s and having only been in Minny for a short time. I laughed.

  134. canadianbuc Says:

    Hillis…………………………..

  135. Tampabaybuctfan Says:

    Ritalin….no Adderall….no Ritalin….no Adderall…no Ritalin….oh what the hell!!!

  136. PRBucFan Says:

Nah Gruden has also said the truth about him though.

Called out his inconsistency and need to make open throws and not high ones.

On another not Free will probably turn it on at the end of the game though like usual guys…

  137. canadianbuc Says:

man these vikings corners are doing a great job of looking like Johnson and banks…………….

  138. DomsAdvisor Says:

    Yeeesssss…. Freeman is losing again.

Minnesota will start booing Free if he doesn’t score this half.

  139. PRBucFan Says:

Freeman sure inspired that Vikes D!!!!!

  140. Buc1987 Says:

It’s on Free-blow now. Come on Freeman rally the team. You can DO it!

  141. jo mama Says:

Best thing schiano did was kick freeman to the curb. Freeman sucks. Glad he is gone. Hope he stays in the nfc so we get to play him more because he sucks.

  142. Buc1987 Says:

PRB…and Keyshawn said he has to stay off the streets.

  143. canadianbuc Says:

Anyone no why freeman isnt 5?

  144. PRBucFan Says:

    Lovely high throw!!!!

  145. DomsAdvisor Says:

    High throw.

  146. GenocideD Says:

That’s three overthrown passes by my count.

  147. jo mama Says:

3 wide open receivers all passes high. Typicall

  148. PRBucFan Says:

Glennon was the only one that checked down right?

  149. canadianbuc Says:

Freeman must love having a TE

  150. DomsAdvisor Says:

Freeman is playing for his life.

  151. PRBucFan Says:

He’s due for his flurry of completions

  152. jo mama Says:

The reason why freeman wore # 5 was to remind him of the most college games he won in a single season.

  153. DomsAdvisor Says:

Uh oh… 3rd down conversion needed here.

  154. PRBucFan Says:

Nice Job “inspiring” that missed Field Goal Free!!!!!!

  155. BucsQcCity Says:

Freeman is a complete disappointment, tonight included

  156. Tampabaybuctfan Says:

    Ritalin….no Adderall

  157. Buc1987 Says:

He looks like a dazed fighter out there. I really think he’s a lost cause.

  158. Buc1987 Says:

TBBF…ritalin, aderall or whatever’s good for today.

  159. Fire Dominck Says:

Nearly a half of football and he has 4 completions. Only one pass was where it needed to be others were like Freeman in the clubs Sky high. Peterson can’t get any running room b cuz the D has 0 respect for Freeman. Hope you fail again loser!!!!

  160. Tampabaybuctfan Says:

    Xanax

  161. PRBucFan Says:

He may get a few first downs now that its right before the end of the half.

He’s for sure going to turn it on in the last 3 minutes of the game.

  162. GenocideD Says:

Freeman’s going to poison my fantasy teams being on the same team as AP and Kyle Rudolph…

  163. jo mama Says:

When was the last time anyone mistakenly took the wrong pill.

  164. Capt. Tim Says:

Pretty obvious that it’s just an adjustment issue.
Josh is used to Vincent Jackson and Mike Williams.
    The Viking receivers are short.
Once he gets his target adjusted- it’s lights out for New York!

    Amazing! After 14 days!!

That damn Beaker Glennon had been a millstone around our neck for Months!!
And he doesn’t look have as confident, and hasn’t ever given us a lead!!

Buuut, that’s the difference between a franchise QB, and some 3rd round, 3rd string backup!!

I wish we had a franchise QB!! All we have is some scrub!!

  165. PRBucFan Says:

    Overthrown…

Keep clapping those hand Free Free

  166. PRBucFan Says:

Awww already working on those excuses huh 🙁

    Poor whittle Free Free.

  167. jo mama Says:

Seven giants in the box and freeman cant find an open receiver

  168. DomsAdvisor Says:

Soon the boo birds will come out.

    Glennon can sustain drives.

  169. PRBucFan Says:

Look at the “inspired” Vikes offense!!!!!!!!!

  170. canadianbuc Says:

Wow Frazer is one conservative coach!

  171. Fire Dominck Says:

Hey Capt. Stop sniffing his jock. It’s pathetic!

  172. Tampabaybuctfan Says:

    Imodium…no Ritalin…no Xanax….no Adderall…no Flomax…

  173. PRBucFan Says:

Freeman gave us tons of leads recently didn’t he?

Man I miss those leads he gave us 🙁

  174. GenocideD Says:

    lol @ Capt.Tim

  175. Bucorado Says:

    Shock Top…really joe?

  176. Buc1987 Says:

Poor A.P. he’s going to take a beating with Freeman as his QB just like defenses they did against the Bucs, stack the effing box. From poor Dougie to poor A.P. Freeman scares no one.

  177. jo mama Says:

    Capt tim stfu.

    Freeman sucks compared to glennon.

even if glennon was a walk on.

stats dont lie….no matter how big dog wants to see them.

  178. BigMacAttack Says:

    Schism I still sucks!!!

  179. Capt. Tim Says:

“Tampa is my stomping grounds” Jon Gruden.

I wonder if we traded our number one pick to the Vikes, for Freeman,
If Gruden would come back to Tampa!

I can only imagine what he could do win a franchise QB!

I think this team needs to take back some of its huge mistakes!
Like hiring two worthless rookie Coaches, and cutting our QB- to start some muppet looking guy!!

  180. Buc1987 Says:

There is no GD adjustment issue. The issue is the Vikings just wasted 3 million dollars.

  181. DomsAdvisor Says:

Will it be funnier if Freeman gets benched again so Matt Cassell or Ponder can come in and save the day???

  182. PRBucFan Says:

You would think a franchise QB with AP would be lighting up the scoreboard.

But i’m sure with this 2 minute drill he’ll put some point up.

He’s good for the drive before the half and the last drive of the game atleast.

  183. Tampabaybuctfan Says:

    @ Lieutenant Tim

Now Freeman’s recievers are too short!….that’s why the Vikes wanted him….they can catch those hop skipping passes….

  184. jo mama Says:

Does anyone else think that capt. Tim is josh freeman’s drug dealer?

  185. Buc1987 Says:

“to start some muppet looking guy!!”

    LMAO

  186. DomsAdvisor Says:

How many 3 and outs so far tonight by Free?

  187. PRBucFan Says:

I’m glad Beason isn’t in our division anymore.

Isn’t Free glad he got that flag?

And your right Gruden “Some of those balls should never be thrown”

  188. Couch Fan Says:

Only thing missing are some turnovers. Then the Free transfer to the Vikings is complete.

  189. DomsAdvisor Says:

Jon Gruden said “Jeez… some of these balls should never be thrown.”

  190. Buc1987 Says:

jo mama “Does anyone else think that capt. Tim is josh freeman’s drug dealer?”

    lmfao I almost pissed myself.

  191. Buc1987 Says:

    Where’s Young buc?

  192. PRBucFan Says:

    INSPIRED VIKED OFFENSE!!!!

  193. DomsAdvisor Says:

Yet another set of downs WITHOUT a first down conversion.

  194. jo mama Says:

    Buc1987….

Dont worry about that, capt tim has a pill for that.

  195. Tampabaybuctfan Says:

Hey guys…don’t pick on Tim…..he can’t help it…when you’re in luv…you’re in luv….do they have Gay marriage in Minn?

  196. Buc1987 Says:

Vikes get the ball 1st in the 2nd half. Let’s see Frazier make some halftime adjustments for Free.

  197. Capt. Tim Says:

Still hard to believe! Our dumb ass cuts him- and FIVE teams call him, and want to sign him to be their starter.
After 14 days with the Vikes- the give him the keys to the Franchise!!

If we cut Glennon, only way he gets a call- is if they are remaking the Muppet movie!!

No wonder we are heading to 0-16
    Damn Schiano!, damn Muppet!

  198. SteveK Says:

    Air Mail!

  199. PRBucFan Says:

    Punt
    Punt
    Punt
    Punt
    Punt

    Overthown

    *Claps hands

  200. GenocideD Says:

    4th overthrown pass

  201. Buc1987 Says:

    LMAO

  202. PRBucFan Says:

1 year deal is hardly the keys to their franchise

    Freeman lit it up!!!!!!

    GOOOO FREEMAN

INSPIRE THE HELL OUT OF THAT TEAM!!!!!

I’m sure he’s very thankful for that punt return 😉 lol

  203. Fire Dominck Says:

    hahahahahahahahahahahahahah Freeman SUCKS!

  204. DomsAdvisor Says:

    Glennon looks better than Freeman.

Tim… Josh is 2 qtrs away from being benched again.

He does not have the keys to the franchise. This ain’t Tampa.

  205. PRBucFan Says:

Atleast our muppet can get a first down

  206. Couch Fan Says:

He’ll score a TD once in the 2nd half and there will all the sudden be an explosing of posts telling us how great he is and how stupid we are for getting rid of him. Lol To funny. Same sorry @ss QB he’s always been. Changing jerseys isn’t going to change that.

  207. Couch Fan Says:

    explosion*

  208. Tony Says:

Awful halftime stats and almost a third of his yardage was because of a shoe string grab (from 5 yard away) and run by AP. I knew he would be bad, but this is….well, alot like the Bucs games since the slide last year.

  209. Buc1987 Says:

Definately a good halftime video folks. A great video of the good old days!

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=e3c61HISaPY

  210. PRBucFan Says:

Oh you bet your ass there will be.

You know he’s do for his late game touchdown drive after the game is pretty much over.

  211. DomsAdvisor Says:

Would be so funny if he gets benched and replaced by Ponder. Oh that would be hilarious.

  212. jo mama Says:

Buc wide receivers are all 6 foot 6 which is why freeman likes to throw high to wide open receivers.

there is just something about throwing high that freeman likes.

just make sure you leave the games early when watching freeman, because he likes to drive high too.

  213. jo mama Says:

Buc wide receivers are all 6 foot 6 which is why freeman likes to throw high to wide open receivers.

there is just something about throwing high that freeman likes.

just make sure you leave the games early when watching freeman, because he likes to drive high too.

  214. Capt. Tim Says:

    Good half of Work, Josh.
You gotta be optimistic about the Second half.
The Vikings may not win- but at least you know they could.

    Freeman gives them that hope.

I can’t remember the last time, that I felt optimistic about an upcoming second half!! Us poor Tampa fans have been robbed of hope, robbed of faith, robbed of optimism!!

It’s dark days in Tampa. Thanks to Schitler , his Fan unfriendly SS(Sullivan/Sheridan) , and their evil Nazi Muppet lackeys!!

I pray for days with a real Coach, a good GM, and a normal looking QB
Is this too much to ask??

  215. Sir P Says:

Pretty sure any QB playing in the NFL doesn’t suck dumbasses… Would love to see any of you keyboard warriors out there playing QB in the NFL. Does anyone come into your job and say you suck and hope you get fired constantly? STFU and grow up

  216. PRBucFan Says:

    Nice new username Sir P

I wonder who you used to be lol.

Don’t be mad that Free STILL sucks get glad 🙂

GO FREE INSPIRE THAT OFFENSE TO 0 points in the first half!!!

    Wooooohoooooo!!!!!

  217. PRBucFan Says:

I could careless what happens to Schiano or Glennon

    Free still sucks!

  218. Pewter Power Says:

Go ahead Minnesota, let Free start for you for 5 years, then tell us know how that is working for you.

  219. Buc1987 Says:

jo mama…ha ha ha ha ha

  220. dee Says:

    freeman blows

  221. DomsAdvisor Says:

Freeman sucks and I hope he gets fired!

  222. Sir P Says:

its not new you dumbass I just don’t post on here that often loser.. he’s had 13 days in a totally new system ya I wouldn’t expect fireworks either.. Hes on another team wouldn’t you all want HIM to light it up to help fire Schiano? Really the logic with fans just boggles my mind..

  223. Bobby Says:

@Capt Tim….Yes, Freeman is elevating the game of everyone. My God, Peterson is running wild with Freeman at the helm! Has he ever had this many rushing yards at halftime before? But you’re right, it’s simply an adjustment issue. He’s been used to missing Jackson and Williams and now he has to get used to missing Patterson and Simpson and Rudolph.

  224. DomsAdvisor Says:

Jon Gruden already said to bench Freeman.

  225. PRBucFan Says:

    7 16 43.8 %

Blowing it up out with those number!

Gruden way to show those beautiful “accurate” passes!!!!!

    “Bench him for Ponder”

  226. Capt. Tim Says:

Gruden is right. Not fair to Josh, to start him after only 14 days. He’s shown enough to know he’s the man.
He’s a good QB- but even a franchise QB needs time to learn a play book!

  227. DomsAdvisor Says:

    3 and out again?

  228. PRBucFan Says:

    Suuuuuure Sir P suuuuuuuuure BWAHAHAHAHA

  229. Buc1987 Says:

Sir P….he can’t light it up. Wanting Freeman to do something that can’t be done, does not make me think he will. He can’t get it done. I can root for it all I want. It just won’t happen.

  230. Tampabaybuctfan Says:

Lieutenant Tim hasn’t had so much attention since Josh left his bedside!!!

  231. jo mama Says:

I wish I was Freemans drug dealer…..I need a new boat.

  232. PRBucFan Says:

    Lol BEAUTIFUL PASS FREE!

  233. SteveK Says:

    Near Freeman pick.

  234. Buc1987 Says:

    Should have started Cassel.

  235. Cmurda Says:

Wow Freeman truly sucks. That pass should have been picked off. That was a gimmee.

  236. Buc1987 Says:

    jo mama…ha ha ha

  237. Capt. Tim Says:

    Still- it’s a 3 point game!
One hot streak- and it’s on!

  238. DomsAdvisor Says:

If they cut Freeman next week… they don’t have to pay him the million. It’s not guaranteed.

    I’d cut him tomorrow.

  239. PRBucFan Says:

Another one of those “non interceptions” Free loves to throw.

I love how Gruden has ALSO pointed out how bad Josh’s accuracy has been.

    Mike Tirico

Your right, he hasn’t been playing winning football lol

  240. dee Says:

    freeman suck

  241. Tony Says:

Does that count as a drop?

  242. Sir P Says:

Ya pretty sure he threw for 4k yards last year and had 27 TD’s… 2010 25 and 6.. Or did you start watching football this year? PR dude seriously your name alone I could rag on you all night .. just stop kid before your feelings get hurt.

  243. Bobby Says:

Clearly he’s waiting for the 4th quarter Capt. Tim. Man Capt….you make Buc4lyfe and JB look like part of the Glennon mob……you are a rabid Freemanite…..

  244. DomsAdvisor Says:

Now Free gets another chance to blow it.

  245. Buc1987 Says:

    Go Freeblow.

  246. PRBucFan Says:

Free don’t let this opportunity pass you by!

  247. jo mama Says:

Almost a pick 6…..half time adjustment …..dont throw high.

  248. Couch Fan Says:

And this is where EVil Josh would show up for the Bucs. Right after we got the momentum back on our side.

  249. DomsAdvisor Says:

And I thought that I was going to be able to watch Freeman all year long on NFL rewind.

Ooops… dude won’t make it to game 2 at this rate.

  250. PRBucFan Says:

    Oh yea kido???

    Rag on me!

I’m shivering, I am soooooo scared, come on big bag man behind your keyboard
bring all the racial names out you want. I would assume that’s what your dumb ass means by referencing my username?

    Freeman still sucks!!!

  251. Mr. Patrick Says:

Guys, has nobody really figured out yet that Capt. Tim is really RAHEEM?

  252. Adam L. Says:

This looks EXACTLY like a Bucs game with Freeman under center.

  253. Buc1987 Says:

Evil Josh……Couch Fan!!!! Couch Fan called it.

  254. SteveK Says:

    What say you Capt. Tim?

  255. Bobby Says:

There’s the Josh we all know and love!

  256. Couch Fan Says:

LMAO WOW did i not call that or what?

  257. Cmurda Says:

    Yup, thats Freeman.

  258. PRBucFan Says:

    FREEMAN INTERCEPTION!!!

    BWAHAHAHAHA!

  259. canadianbuc Says:

Man you gotta feel bad for Freeman that play could be the end of his career as starter in the nfl

  260. DomsAdvisor Says:

    LOL interception.

    Please bench this idiot!

Gruden is begging to bench him on MNF.

    This is efffin classic.

  261. Bobby Says:

Can we get Jared Allen??? I love that guy.

  262. Tampabaybuctfan Says:

    Ritalin…no Adderall…no….CYANIDE!!!

  263. Sir P Says:

You already made my point PR… Thanks..

  264. PRBucFan Says:

    As horrible as Freeman is

The Giants offense is begging him to STILL come out with this W.

    LOL

  265. jo mama Says:

After freeman’s football career is over he should take up acting….

    His first roll should be…

    http://southpark.wikia.com/wiki/Towelie_(character)

  266. Bobby Says:

So…Schiano and Dom looking like geniuses right now huh??

  267. Adam L. Says:

There’s isn’t a field position that Freeman isn’t capable of obliterating.

  268. DomsAdvisor Says:

Even Frazier thinks Freeman is a bum.

  269. Bangkok Buc Says:

    Live interception Free

Hahaha. Watching him suck ass makes me feel a little better tonight. Suck it Freeman.
    Clean up in aisle 5

  270. PRBucFan Says:

    That’s what I thought jackass.

You think you scare me with your bigotry?

Keep ragging on me though kido.

New User name and all 😉

  271. Harry_Seaward Says:

    Same Ol’ Josh

  272. Buc1987 Says:

    Thanks Raheem.

  273. 2002bucglory Says:

Wow…. Jon gruden quote from broadcast “I think you have to make a qb change freeman is just not ready”…… I feel bad for anyone who has AP on their fantasy team…..

  274. Adam L. Says:

    “…into coverage AGAIN……..”

  275. PRBucFan Says:

    OVERTHROW

  276. Buc1987 Says:

He’s a “franchise QB” picked by the “rock star”.

  277. PewterPirate Says:

I need to work at 6am and should get some sleep but I’m just having too much fun watching Freeman do this to someone else. The cherry on top is listening to the Vikings fans try to play it off like the high passes are just jitters.

  278. canadianbuc Says:

Damn Im not going to lie i wouldn’t of minded if Freeman cam out tonight and did well one bit. Why not? It would just add more too this nightmare that Schiano is in, but he looks bad and now on twitter people are already starting to credit schiano for something………Some even complementing him………Thats the last thing i want is Schiano looking good. So if it was Freeman playing well to putting Schiano one step closer to getting the hook im all for it.

  279. DomsAdvisor Says:

    Another 3 and out.

  280. PRBucFan Says:

    AHAHAHAHA

    Another famous “non-pic”

    8-22 80yrds 1 interception

    LIGHT IT UP FREE FREE

  281. CC Says:

    Wow

  282. BigMacAttack Says:

Heiden making every excuse for Josh except the one that is true. Josh Sucks and he can lose for any team he plays for. Josh talks a hood line but the fact remains, he sucks, and Chucky can’t get over it. Funny I am eating for the boo birds to come out in the 4’th quarter.

  283. Bobby Says:

Lets go Glennon!!! (clap, clap, clap, clap, clap, clap) Let’s go Glennon! (clap, clap, clap, clap, clap) C’mon Capt! Join in! Let’s go Glennon!

  284. Sir P Says:

Ya dude no problem… Nice flag kid can you not afford to go back? When was the last time you actually went to a game? Let me guess you haven’t ever.. Dude you get on here all day and post 100 comments to every post because you think you are funny.. its pathetic kid

  285. BigMacAttack Says:

Autocorrect has totally hijacked my phone.

  286. Buc1987 Says:

    BigMac it’s at NY.

  287. DomsAdvisor Says:

I am enjoying Freeman suck tonight too.

What will Shaun Kings excuse be tomorrow?

The Vikings offense is worse than Tampa’s.

  288. PRBucFan Says:

Even if the Vikings somehow win

The whole world has seen the horror that is Freeman at QB

    I can sleep happily 🙂

  289. CC Says:

One of the worst NFL games I’ve ever seen.

  290. PRBucFan Says:

    Keep it coming jackass

Your soooooo scary with your threats of bigotry

    Ooooooh soooo scary 🙁

  291. Hawaiian Buc Says:

Gotta say, by no stretch of the imagination does Freeman look like a real QB. He’d have to get better to even be horrible. When was his last completion?

  292. DomsAdvisor Says:

PRBucFan > Malcontents who think Obamacare is still cheap.

  293. PRBucFan Says:

New User name and all 😉

  294. Patrick Says:

Freeman’s play tonight will ensure that Schiano will be here a little longer (please no)

  295. Jordan Says:

I now understand why we didn’t even net a 7th rounder for Freeman.

  296. PRBucFan Says:

    Thanks Hawaiian,

Your always good for the TRUTH lol

  297. DomsAdvisor Says:

Wow….. STILL 9 mins in the 3rd qtr?

    Free is getting benched.

  298. Bobby Says:

Sir Pee Pee…is that you Capt.??? LOL! Whoooo! This is far more entertaining
than any of our games have been. I’m lovin’ it! I sure hope this puts to rest all the ‘bad coaching’ crap about Freeman.

  299. Fire Dominck Says:

Booger & Rich, The small dog and the rest of the local media will find a way to blame Shiano for Josh losing again. So sick of the radio station shows bashing. They did the same to Gruden now look where we are. So much for ex-players knowing so much more than us uneducated fans.
All I heard before Glennon played a down was that he could never be better than Free or that he didn’t have equal talent. All I see is a poised QB doing better than a 5 year starter. Imagine if our WR’S caught 50% of balls thrown…. Well I hope they see this game and come to work tomorrow ready to eat their
    s%*t.

  300. Tampabaybuctfan Says:

Oh no….we let Hillis go…..here comes Buc Realist with his “Pop Star” babble….

  301. Patrick Says:

It’s funny how Schiano will regain supporters after this.

  302. jo mama Says:

First time ever rooting for the giants……and I love it.

can’t wait to hear all of big dogs BS excuses tomorrow.

Freeman is going to be cut.

  303. Hawaiian Buc Says:

Freeman is about to enter Brady Quinn territory.

  304. Mr. Patrick Says:

Cutting Peyton Hillis – Another Dom and Schiano mistake

  305. Buc1987 Says:

the KR was inspired by Freeman’s presence.

  306. DomsAdvisor Says:

    No worries… Josh won’t score.

  307. canadianbuc Says:

@Patrick I NO!!!!! What a joke! could you imagine if this could somehow save schiano for a while????

  308. Patrick Says:

Freeman seems to jinx all his receivers

  309. PRBucFan Says:

Way to inspire that drop Freeman 😉

  310. DomsAdvisor Says:

3 and out… noooo Josh converted. Wow.

    oops penalty.

  311. PRBucFan Says:

    Nice throw!!!!

  312. RealityCheck Says:

You’ll are such insufferable losers. We got rid of a bad QB who’s now continuing to play bad for the Vikings. Sitting here jerking off to his bad performance is just pathetic.

  313. Buc1987 Says:

It can’t save Schiano at all. Because Freeman just sucks. No matter what. Nice to dream though.

  314. Cmurda Says:

Is some dude coming after PR because of his name? Seriously dude. You’re going to piss off a lot of people. Don’t bring that weak ass crap on here. This board is for distinguished gentlemen. Act like it.

  315. jo mama Says:

Passing to jennings wtf? 10 yards out of bounds

  316. THETRUTH Says:

    What’s his completion percentage

  317. Buc1987 Says:

    and down he goes.

  318. Couch Fan Says:

    Great sack Free!!

  319. Adam L. Says:

DAMN FREEMAN!! You should play defense because you are doing everything you can to stop the Vikes from scoring.

  320. DomsAdvisor Says:

    LMAO!!!!!!!!! Sack!!!!!

  321. PRBucFan Says:

    whomp whomp whomp

    Sack

  322. Couch Fan Says:

So much more fun to watch Free when he’s not on your team.

  323. Fire Dominck Says:

Way to take em out of field goal range Free. Damn you Shiano!

  324. Tnew Says:

Please bench Freeman. Peterson is my RB1. This is gonna kill his fantasy value.

  325. jo mama Says:

    Reality check…

I like the close ups of freemans eyes……so I can finish.

  326. PRBucFan Says:

    @Cmurda

    Thanks man.

but yea it’s that big tough scary guy Sir P ahaha

  327. DomsAdvisor Says:

    They need to bench him.

  328. Buc1987 Says:

    Sigh.

  329. DomsAdvisor Says:

So will Shaun King still claim that the Bucs ruined Freeman?

  330. PRBucFan Says:

I thought Schiano was ruining Freeman?!!?!?!

Even with arguably the best running back ever to play he still can’t manage a single damn point.

    LOL

Schiano can still hit the road with his lame ass FG but I’m sure making a point 😉

  331. PewterPirate Says:

My night will be complete with a helmet mic failure to watch Freeman completely fall apart.

  332. Sir P Says:

I didn’t have to make fun of him douche.. The kid clearly avoided what I said so I know hes some little punk on a keyboard thats never been to a game or played the game.. Hes a Madden coach and sexually frustrated because he can’t tell if hes into boys or girls yet.

  333. PRBucFan Says:

    just* not *sure

  334. DomsAdvisor Says:

Didn’t someone swear that Free was worth 100 million?

Oh that’s right, that was Shaun King and Stv Dmg.

  335. Tnew Says:

Hillis could’ve played for us tho

  336. jo mama Says:

    Pewter pirate…..

    nIce.

    Classic freeman

  337. PRBucFan Says:

Awwww the kiddie wants to make excuses for what we can clearly all ready he implied and than later went on to make true.

    Shut the hell up jackass

Keep crying, Free STILL SUCKS even in purple 🙁

  338. Bobby Says:

Sir Pee Pee… aka..Capt. Tim. Changing your screen name is like a brown paper bag over your head in the cyber world. Don’t be ashamed Timmy. We all know you’ve never been right. Being wrong again doesn’t shock us.

  339. Buc1987 Says:

    lol Bobby

  340. DomsAdvisor Says:

I havent watched an entire MNF game in a long while.

And this game is the worst ever.

All except for Freeman failing miserably.

Even Tirico thinks Free blows now.

  341. Couch Fan Says:

Through 3 quarters, 9/25 for 99 yards and 1 Int. and down by 10 pts.

So glad that guy is not our problem anymore.

  342. Buc1987 Says:

DomsAdvisor…Big Dawg said Freeman was worth 100 million?

  343. Sir P Says:

What? That made absolutely no sense whatsoever.. Ask your parents for advice kid on which sex to choose and maybe one day you’ll see inside of RayJay..the stadium not the wannabe rapper..Wait you’d take either

Btw for some reason I get the impression you have more friends ONLINE then in person lol I feel sorry for you..

    Goodnight and keep typing away..

  344. Mr. Patrick Says:

Sir P – More like Small Pee Pee because you seem like a little Prick

  345. PRBucFan Says:

    Jb I mean Sir P … ahahaha.

So frustrated with your man Free that you have to resort to racial implications and jokes of sexual frustration.

    Sad sad little man. 🙁

  346. DomsAdvisor Says:

Somehow all Buc WRs are feeling vindicated tonight as well.

  347. Couch Fan Says:

5 first downs all game Lol, only people i feel bad for are the Vikings fans. Us Buc fans know what its like to have hope crumbled right before our eyes.

  348. Tony Says:

    5 first downs

  349. PRBucFan Says:

I’m sorry you don’t have the comprehensive skills to understand that should have said “read” not “ready”.

    You’ll be ok buddy

  350. Sir P Says:

I have no clue who that is other than the guy that keeps typing encouraging comments about Freeman.. I’m not a Freeman supporter.. I wanted a QB from this upcoming draft class long before last season and a new coach since the day they hired him..Glennon will be a good stop gap and backup QB once we get a TRUE franchise QB… I only want Freeman to succeed to add fuel to the Fire Schiano bandwagon but sure think whatever you want.

  351. DomsAdvisor Says:

PRBuc… dude is mad at you because you ignored his azz.

Is he some kind of stalker or Frees BF?

  352. Lynch Says:

    Hillis >Rainey

  353. canadianbuc Says:

Does Gruden still live in Tampa……….He kinda just hinted he does man he’s made quit a few reference about the tampa are tonight wonder if he’s thinking about going to work at one buc again????????

  354. Adam L. Says:

Does Freeman just throw an “uncatchable” ball? What is it about his passes? When he throws PERFECT passes, no one can catch them!

  355. canadianbuc Says:

    *quite

  356. Bucs Fan Since '76 Says:

I swear Leslie Frazier did this on purpose. He did NOT want Freeman. Now management knows why.

  357. Joe Says:

Does Gruden still live in Tampa…

    Yes.

  358. PRBucFan Says:

    DomsAdvisor

I think your right bro lol

  359. DomsAdvisor Says:

5 first downs… that isn’t gonna win you many football games… -Gruden

    Agreed.

    Giants get the ball back.

Free is gonna be benched now.

  360. Couch Fan Says:

Free has already affected the vikings. The whole team is melting down… Dam Free works his magic fast.

  361. canadianbuc Says:

Vikings=possibly as big of a joke as the bucs

  362. Mr. Patrick Says:

Wow, these teams are as bad as the Bucs

  363. Bobby Says:

Notice that Timmy has a Napoleon complex?? Little guys have to make themselves seem bigger with that ‘Capt’ or ‘Sir’. Hey Timmy…”That’s CAPT Timmy to you kid.” OK…sorry. I just saw you were 5’2″ and assumed it was just Timmy. Sorry dude. Wear lifts and bring your charter boat next time if you want to be called Capt. Cheesh…

  364. PRBucFan Says:

    “Goodnight and keep typing away..”

    Weren’t you leaving?

On another note the Vikings look so inspired by that true franchise QB!!!

  365. jo mama Says:

Dam I wanted to see freeman suck again.

  366. DomsAdvisor Says:

You can tell Gruden lives in Tampa… he knows Josh Freeman ALL too well.

  367. Bangkok Buc Says:

Won’t it be ironic if Freeman leads the Vikes to a better QB in next years draft.

  368. Couch Fan Says:

Here comes Free’s classic meaningless late score to make the game respectfully close.

  369. Buc1987 Says:

Couch is going for 2 for 2.

  370. Mr. Patrick Says:

Think that Dom and Schiano wish they would have kept Hillis about now?

  371. Bobby Says:

I got a feeling that Freeman has led the Vikings for his last time this year.

  372. DomsAdvisor Says:

After this game I’m gonna re watch Josh’s ESPN interview where he was crying about about forgetting to set his alarm clock… or was it the power outage.

  373. PRBucFan Says:

He has Adrian Peterson in his backfield and he still can’t complete a pass!

How many passes have been completely off target this game?

Remember though guys Freeman always “turn it on” when the games just about out of reach.

So we should see something here soon.

Nice high pass by the way

  374. Theodore Says:

    Oh look. A high slant.

  375. Couch Fan Says:

There’s some confusion in the viking huddle. Odd how confusion seems to follow Freeman Lol

  376. Patrick Says:

I’m calling into Steve Deum tomorrow just to laugh at him. “Freeman is not the problem! It’s ALL on Schiano!”

  377. Bobby Says:

    Nice throw Josh….

  378. PRBucFan Says:

    Mike Tirico

    “5 yards overthrown”

  379. DomsAdvisor Says:

Minnys WRs suck azz. They are quitting on Josh.

    Free is benched.

  380. Theodore Says:

The 2nd down pass was the funniest incomplete I’ve ever seen.

  381. PRBucFan Says:

    Gruden

“These are just inaccurate throws, I don’t know what Frazier expects here”

  382. Patrick Says:

    DROPPED INT

  383. Couch Fan Says:

Lol wow another near INT. Not sure I’ve ever seen a QB get so lucky with defenders dropping INts.

  384. bucrightoff Says:

I just got home and saw his line. Like holy crap…I thought he would be ok but this might be his worst game ever?

  385. Buc1987 Says:

    Holy crap.

  386. Couch Fan Says:

To bad the Vikings arent on our schedule. I bet we can beat those guys.

  387. PRBucFan Says:

    BWAHAHAHAHA

    Off target!

  388. DomsAdvisor Says:

    Benched!

    I’m satisfied.

  389. Bobby Says:

Aaaannnnnndd he’s outta there! That last one looked like a slider that just got away from him and din’t break down like he thought it would…

  390. Buc1987 Says:

Josh is going even further into the depths suckiness. He might be on the bench soon.

  391. Hawaiian Buc Says:

This is hard to watch. This may be the worst QB performance I have ever seen in an NFL game.

I feel like I’m watching a 5 year old drive a car. I know it’s not going to end well.

  392. BucsFanKY Says:

My word has Free given up the ghost or what. I was certainly happy when they benched him but his accuracy has completely left him. THis is just sad.

  393. Couch Fan Says:

Anyone thinking Schiano is sitting in his office right now with a big grin on his face?

  394. PRBucFan Says:

Can I hear about how Glennon is worse than Freeman again please?

  395. bucrightoff Says:

I mean he’s under 40% right now…how does Tebow not have a job?

  396. Buc1987 Says:

Couch your right it’s much easier to watch him be some other teams problem.

  397. Tampabaybuctfan Says:

A six Adderall night for Josh!!!

  398. Cmurda Says:

After Schiano, Id be pumped if Gruden got the call. I admit I called for his departure but after seeing what happened after him, Id be stoked for either Gruden or Dungy coming back.

  399. DomsAdvisor Says:

Seriously… I’ve seen enough of Free. Please bench this clown.

  400. Cmurda Says:

    LOL @ TBBF

  401. jo mama Says:

    Espn breaking news….

    Freeman throws HIGH

  402. Couch Fan Says:

Josh Freeman has now been the worst QB in the league with 2 different teams in the same season. Thats got to be some kind of record.

  403. Buc1987 Says:

Leslie Frazier pacing and shaking his head.

  404. Theodore Says:

    @Couch Fan – LOL

  405. Hawaiian Buc Says:

Schiano is sitting in his office with a cigar and a smile.

  406. Patrick Says:

I find it hilarious how all of us are watching this game

  407. Couch Fan Says:

Lol this has been the most enjoyable game I’ve watched in a long time.

  408. Buc1987 Says:

Ra-phael has a splitting migraine right now.

  409. DomsAdvisor Says:

How many millions did Freeman, once again, lose tonight?

  410. bucrightoff Says:

Schiano has nothing to celebrate. The fact Freeman isn’t any good doesn’t change that fact he isn’t either.

  411. canadianbuc Says:

Freeman throws a pick on this drive

  412. Hawaiian Buc Says:

I expect Freeman to play well on this last drive. He’s in familiar territory being down a couple scores.

  413. Couch Fan Says:

Josh’s QBR is going to drop to a .7

Good news is, it can only go up from there.

  414. Bobby Says:

I don’t now if he gets a chance to recover from this performance. It is actually time though for Freeman to lead a last minute TD drive. Go Josh!!

  415. PRBucFan Says:

Let’s pad those non existent stats Joshy.

You can give us one of your classic “once the game is out of grasp” pointless drives of yours.

  416. Patrick Says:

There’s been a Raphael sighting at the skyway

  417. Couch Fan Says:

    @Bucrightoff

Schiano being happy about Josh performance has nothing to do with his own job security. It’s the simple fact of the matter that IF Josh played lights out, the media would of took a crap all over Schiano for it. That wont happen now. Lol at least not about Josh anyways.

  418. DomsAdvisor Says:

I have never seen Frazier this uncomfortable.

That guy has been more stoic than Tony Dungy.

Well not tonight… Freeman has proven to even frustrate the calmest HC in the NFL.

    Classic.

  419. Buc1987 Says:

    Oh the suspense!

  420. PRBucFan Says:

Freeman thats what happens when you screw your organization over.

    I hope it feels good.

  421. Buc1987 Says:

    That ball was uncatchable.

  422. jo mama Says:

Whats the over under on a josh freeman overdose in 5 years.

  423. bucrightoff Says:

I mean he’s nowhere close on the throws I’ve seen, and thats been 5 minutes of game action. Not knowing plays is one thing, totally missing guys is another.

  424. Couch Fan Says:

I think Freeman is beginning to figure out he dont have V-jax or Mike Will to bail him out on those jump balls.

  425. kh Says:

PFT comments section slating Freeman, the tide is turning.

Never thought about the unfortunate possibility that Freeman sucking this bad could give Schiano more time. Ugh.

  426. PRBucFan Says:

LOL The refs feel bad for him!!!

Gruden: “That bad was 8 feet over that WR’s head”

Its all good, he can have his typical garbage time TD’s

  427. DomsAdvisor Says:

    Let’s face it guys.

An NFL QB with ADHD is not a good combo.

    Sorry.

  428. Buc1987 Says:

Oh and we get a classic batted ball too.

  429. kh Says:

    lol so true.

  430. Buc1987 Says:

and he’s getting knocked silly to boot. LOVING IT!

  431. Patrick Says:

Wow Freeman still didn’t break the biggest single game inaccuracy record!!

  432. Buc1987 Says:

Still smiling on the sidelines though…he’s still a happy boy.

  433. bucrightoff Says:

Speaking of PFT this is one of the best comment’s I’ve ever seen on there

    “filthymcnasty1 says: Oct 21, 2013 9:24 PM

One of the problems with the Vikings is that they aren’t very good at football. I think it might be because their fans are horrible human beings, and they’re being punished by a higher power.”

  434. Cmurda Says:

And I thought our O Line was rough. Free has gotten hit on every dropback. Him holding it. Not going through progressions. This is all Freeman. Giants knew to load the box to beat Freeman.

  435. PRBucFan Says:

    Wow

    35% !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    On national television!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Eat that shiiite Freemanites.

    Hope it tastes good.

    @JoMama
I don’t like the kid but that joke was just distasteful

  436. Bobby Says:

35% completion. Hmmmm……must be the coaches in Minnesota. We all know it couldn’t just be Freeman. Those coaches in Minnesota have caused him to regress even further! Damn these NFL coaches!! Is there none that know what the heck they’re doing???

  437. Bangkok Buc Says:

Is it sick that I am loving this game? The Vikes are more fun to watch than the Bucs

  438. Couch Fan Says:

    16/46 Lol.

  439. Tnew Says:

Time for a team meeting yet Vikings? Somehow, right now in this moment, I feel ok being a Buc fan

  440. jo mama Says:

No excuse for throwing every god dam pass high….

only answer is he sucks and schiano is awesome for getting rid of his sorry ass.

  441. Couch Fan Says:

The Freemanites are in hiding after declaring Josh to light it up tonight

  442. Bobby Says:

“Somehow, right now in this moment, I feel ok being a Buc fan”

    LOL!

  443. Tampabaybuctfan Says:

    34.7 %

  444. Mr. Patrick Says:

I bet Steve the Big Douche is sitting right now writing all of his excuses for Josh for his show tomorrow

  445. DomsAdvisor Says:

    Freeman has shaken my confidence.

    Jeez!!!

  446. Bobby Says:

Attn all Buc Fans…Can we all agree now that Glennon>Freeman??? Can we at least get along on that? We still have the coaches to fight over but this should be put to rest for good.

  447. Buc1987 Says:

Maybe someday he will get his C back. or Just get some more C and then some more C and get C’ed up all night long.

  448. Tampabaybuctfan Says:

Those high passes avoided a 7 interception night….

  449. PRBucFan Says:

He’ll get to pad his stats some here

  450. Couch Fan Says:

As I said before, I’ll take Glennon all day everyday over Freeman.

  451. bucrightoff Says:

But Tirico said it, this feels like a preseason game. Ugly.

  452. Adam L. Says:

    20 for 51….seems legit

  453. PRBucFan Says:

4 garbage time completions and counting

Gruden: “These completions and this yardage will inflate these numbers but we all know what happened tonight”

  454. DomsAdvisor Says:

    Freeman might get cut.

  455. Bobby Says:

On a high note….I don’t have to watch Minnesota any more this year.

  456. Buc1987 Says:

    He’s awesome.

  457. Andrew 1 Says:

    wow… just wow.

  458. Bobby Says:

I think Phil from Duck Dynasty could have thrown better than Freeman tonight.

  459. DomsAdvisor Says:

Wow… Free is acting like he’s just happy to be in the NFL. His meds work really well!

That’s it, I’m going to the doctor tomorrow and getting some.

Joe… you need some of those meds too.

  460. PRBucFan Says:

Freeman as a viking in first game

    0 points in 53 passes

5th lowest completion % in NFL HISTORY for a QB who has thrown 50 attempts

    A TRUE FRANCHISE QB

Like I said, a problem that HAD to go regardless of our coach.

  461. Patrick Says:

Too bad we don’t play Minnesota this year!

  462. Andrew 1 Says:

it was like watching a seal clubbing.

  463. Tampabaybuctfan Says:

Freeman is history, gone, departed, terminated, through, finished, vanished, elsewhere, SYONARA, ADIOS, AU-REVOIR, Auf WIEDERSHEN, CHEERIO, ADJO, ANTIO, DO SVIDANIYA, HASTA LA VISTA, BYE-BYE…. SO LONG
Of course, Schiano would say CAIO!!!

    I say Good Riddance!!!

  464. Tom Says:

Same old thing, 3 and out with the best RB in the League. Over threw wrs, threw off his backfoot. lock in to Wrs. INTs. Sorry JF12… I hope u do better next time. OHH! Blame his OLs and Wrs. not himself.
in otherhand, Rookie Glennon, said everything was his fault. So much on leadership Free.

  465. NY Buc Says:

Something tells me that those “real NFL coaches” we heard about out in Minnesota who after 2 weeks decided they found their answer at QB will be feeling their seats get quite a bit hotter come tomorrow. Not sure what must be going through the Glazer’s minds right now…do they thank Schiano for the best $6M spent in convincing them to cut Freeman? That was just plain horrible QB play, I’m afraid his NFL career is in real trouble if he can’t bounce back.

  466. Couch Fan Says:

Wow… Free is acting like he’s just happy to be in the NFL. His meds work really well!

    —————–

He should be. He’s the most over rated QB I may of ever seen.

  467. Bobby Says:

“it was like watching a seal clubbing.”

Not really…seals are cute and innocent. This was kind of fun to watch.

  468. Adam L. Says:

That … my friends……. was Rocky Horror Picture Show Bad.

Incredibly entertaining but simultaneously horrible at the same time.

  469. PRBucFan Says:

Man that was the best game of football I’ve watched this year.

Most of those passes weren’t even near his WR’s!!!!!

Oh wait, it cause they were too short!

    BWAHAHAHAHA

  470. Andrew 1 Says:

    @ Bobby

ok, I got another one. it was like throwing a piece of meat to a pack of lions. my last analogy i promise.

  471. Theodore Says:

OMG Now the panel is making excuses for Freeman.

  472. SteveK Says:

C/ATT YDS AVG TD INT RAT.
    J. Freeman 20/53 190 3.6 0 1 40.6

  473. Couch Fan Says:

    Anybody listening to ESPN

Lol there saying that minnesota has now set up Freeman to fail.

The excuses just never fk’ing stop for the guy.

  474. Keith Says:

So now it will be the coaches fault for putting Free in before he’s ready… Overthrowing receivers by 8 yards every pass is just terrible! I feel bad for AP

  475. Adam L. Says:

Could someone tell me how long Freeman needs to be “comfortable?” We waited 5 years in Tampa and he got worse. Someone give me a number.

  476. PRBucFan Says:

    Get ready though

The Freemanites will have more excuses after tonight 😉

I mean most ALL of his passes were horribly off.

    Ahahahaha

I suppose it’s all his new crop of coaches fault too?

  477. Bobby Says:

@Adam L…it was beyond horrible wasn’t it?? Maybe the worst Monday Night Football in history. At the same time it may have been the most entertaining game for Bucs fans since we won the Super Bowl. Did you see all the posts on this thread?? 400+ The proverbial ‘train wreck’ that you can’t stop watching even though you know you shouldn’t be looking at all the carnage. An instant classic for Bucs fans.

  478. PRBucFan Says:

    Like Trent said though

Freeman was still culpable “he was horrible”

  479. DomsAdvisor Says:

Watch Frazier get fired because of Freeman.

    🙂

  480. 911bucs Says:

Freeman’s QBR would have been even worse had the giants not concentrated on stopping AP.

  481. SteveK Says:

And Schiano coached this guy to throw for 4000 yards last year.

  482. DomsAdvisor Says:

Freeman will forever remain a backup now.

And since he can’t come in and do well in relief… the guy is done in the NFL.

  483. Bucsfanfromtexas Says:

Yikes, glad Freeman is no longer our problem, I could never just relax and watch the bucs when Freeman was the QB. Despite the losses Glennon is already many steps ahead of Freeman.

  484. Bobby Says:

“Despite the losses Glennon is already many steps ahead of Freeman.”

    Agree.

  485. Mr. Patrick Says:

Somewhere tonight Raheem is O.D.ing on Adderol

  486. Mr. Patrick Says:

Gruden knows horrible QB play when he sees it

  487. NY Buc Says:

I wonder if any of the Bucs players watched this game and thought to themselves “damn, maybe coach was right about going with the rookie?” I guess we’ll see Thursday based on how the team performs.

  488. DomsAdvisor Says:

So here is the fan shakedown. Vikings fans pissed. Giants fans lukewarm to pissed. A large percentage of Tampa Bay Buccaneer fans ecstatic.

Only a Tampa fan could have loved this MNF game.

    Ironic to say the least.

  489. Tom Says:

Plz Coach.. rest Muscle Hampster……Mike James will do the job just fine.

  490. Tom Says:

Draft Clowney to help out GM93!!!!no need Bridgewater….

  491. jo mama Says:

@ joe nice prediction that freeman was going to run the ball, because his current coaches are going to take the leash off.

Freeman sucks. And this game shows it on a national stage. I hope he plays again next week.

  492. jo mama Says:

@ joe nice prediction that freeman was going to run the ball, because his current coaches are going to take the leash off.

Freeman sucks. And this game shows it on a national stage. I hope he plays again next week.

  493. bucbucbuc Says:

Still don’t understand why Bucs fans are so happy to see Freeman fail. What, you wanted Schiano to be vindicated?? He’s the problem. Was, is, and will continue to be.

  494. DomsAdvisor Says:

Wow. 500 messages for a Vikings-Giants MNF game?

Holy cow man. Free has really damaged Buc fans.

  495. PRBucFan Says:

Freeman was a problem in and of itself 😉

Regardless of whether Schiano deserves to be here or not.

  496. Patrick Says:

You just can’t win with Freeman

    http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mjXlSCK_zhY

  497. zam Says:

rats, now the Vikings are going to end up stealing our #2 draft pick

  498. DomsAdvisor Says:

    Freeman was the Bucs problem.

Schiano will just become a happenstance of his performance.

Then we get a new coach.

But believe you me… the Bucs were trying to dump Free ever since he failed a drug test.

I mean how on earth does an NFL QB get popped for drugs?

Then, to make it worse… lies about ADHD… which is even more damaging when true.

The adversity that an ADHD individual must go through to be a successful NFL qb is unfathomable.

  499. zam Says:

don’t look now, but Schiano may have just won his locker room back without lifting a finger

  500. DomsAdvisor Says:

    Vindicated!!!

  501. Warthog Says:

Wow. Lotta Freeman hate here. I didn’t like Freeman when he was a Buc, was happy he got cut.

But he’s gone now, y’all don’t gotta hate on him, root for him to fail or type offensive remarks about him. He’s not our problem any more, so take it easy.

I mean, what did Freeman do, shtup yo mommas?

  502. PRBucFan Says:

    Hell yes DomsAdvisor

    I can sleep peacefully tonight.

    Sleepwell Freemanites

  503. DomsAdvisor Says:

It’s really not about Freeman as a person or a human being. I think he is a great human being.

This is about you ‘other’ Buc fans who have protected him even when he lost games for Tampa. This is so you ‘other’ Buc fans can shove your BS up your own azz once and for all. This has been 5 years coming now.

I don’t even care that Schiano is gone too. Freeman had to go as a Buccaneer QB. And no, he isn’t any good either.

This is not about Freeman as he is a nice young man. This is really about the Shaun Kings of the Buc world, the Stv Dmgs or the Tampa sports are. The Anwar Richardsons, the Roy Cummings, the Freemanites.

Josh Freeman as a human being… great guy.

  504. ShutTheBucUp Says:

Wow, that was a horrific performance. Almost feel bad for the guy. Almost… But be careful, karma is a b!tch. We have a nationally televised game of our own coming up in a few days…

  505. PRBucFan Says:

    Preach it DA

  506. PRBucFan Says:

    “karma is a b!tch”

    Yea, Free learned that tonight.

  507. kh Says:

Freeman, who was signed two weeks ago, attempted 53 passes, most of them low-percentage deep throws. And few of his throws hit the mark. He went – quick, hold your nose – 20-of-53 for 190 yards. Freeman’s 37.7 completion percentage was the worst in a NFL game since 2007 among quarterbacks with at least 40 attempts, according to ESPN. Minnesota’s only touchdown came on a punt return. Freeman played one of the worst games you’ll ever see from a NFL quarterback.

It’s not easy to play quarterback in the NFL after just two weeks on the roster. But that doesn’t explain everything. Freeman missed most of his throws badly. With each horribly sailed toss, his receivers’ body language would get worse. Freeman had 16 overthrows, the most in a NFL game since 2006, ESPN said. There was nothing in this debut to give the Vikings any optimism.

  508. 911bucs Says:

    @wart

He disrespected the organization, the community, and the fans.

  509. Buccaneer79 Says:

It was a good game for a minute. Freeman was far from a “franchise QB;” I think he needs a break from football, or something, because he really hasn’t looked focused or dedicated–my biggest criticisms of him–mentally, he is just not in the game. Gruden made the case that he couldn’t realisticially learn the offense in 13 days, which may be true, but he was incredibly inaccurate when guys were open so many times, just terrible vision. I hope for the best for Freeman to snap out of this awful stretch he’s in, if he even gets another opportunity.

His performance might buy Dominik & Schiano some points for now, whatever that means; I actually hope that neither of them watched tonight because they need to work on how to win against Carolina, & something tells me it will take every minute they can get to get it right. It’s a stretch that they will beat the Panthers, but anything can happen. Prime time @home, never know, but without Martin, it might be bad. The way Sheridan & Schiano are running that D, giving up too many big plays. Both lines need reinforcements, which Dominik still gets the blame for that. They need more speed on both sides of the ball. If they want to take advantage of Freeman’s performance, they better find a way to win Thursday.

I thought Gruden was funny. Always will love Jon, but he would never come back to Tampa, nor would he ever be asked.

  510. IdahoBucsfan Says:

I Really enjoyed watching this game and reading this thread! Our rookie QB is Lightyears ahead of freeman in both skill and leadership! BTW.. Loved the seal-clubbing reference! I feel vindicated after watching this game, gotta think josh will be benched again! And non of you haters will be able to blame the coach!

  511. Couch Fan Says:

I still laugh when I think about how Joe referred to Freeman as “brees-like’ in practice. Lol

  512. WalkdaPlank Says:

Wow. Freeman looked almost exactly the same! Inconsistent as usual. Of course Good Josh tried to make an appearance in the 3rd, but then his receiver dropped the only good pass Freeman made all game that wouldve been a TD. So it was mostly Bad Josh. But this does not negate the fact that Schiano is running this team into the ground. Look at how we lost our past 3 games without Josh. We got rid of one problem, now for the other.

  513. PRBucFan Says:

I’m just happy that I will no longer have to battle the smart ass Freemanite comments on my own now.

I feel like a few other people now see where I was coming from too 🙂

You can see that Josh is inspiring the entire Viking team- they are starting to get pumped up- because they realize they have a QB!!

    Nice!!

    I wish we had one . . .

  515. Oahubuc Says:

I got absolutely no joy out of that game. Besides being one of the worst football games I’ve ever seen, Josh’s downward spiral is really disturbing.

  516. Architek Says:

    @Buc1987,
That’s a classic line for me too’!!! I’m at a steakhouse with my wife and she’s like “bae umm so what happen to Vikings other QBs, why was Minnesota so desperate to sign this guy Freeman?” My reply,” LOL, the coach didn’t want him – the owner and GM did.” By the middle of the second quarter, after a routine errand throw she asks again – why did they sign him again and he’s only completed like 7 passes…I immediately felt gratification as a Bucs fan ad midst a horrid season.

I don’t care about what deumig, king, and others say Freeman is done as a starter and I have been saying this for two years, dating back to Carolina vs Tampa week one last year in a win. I know what I saw and it was garbage and inadequacy is unfixable. Footwork bad, release bad, reads none, confidence gone, and now the off the field. In salvageable situation and glad it’s over.

Can’t blame all of it on organization because at what point does he take responsibility for getting his own qb tutor in the offseason? Tom Brady meets every offseason with a qb specialist. Is he any better to not get help? So we can’t blame it all on Bucs organization.

I look at Russell Wilson and this kid is sick with drive and focus, even looking at Andrew Luck, these guys in the next year it two will either challenge for rings or become the elite of the league. Not just on talent but on work ethic and focus. They just have that desire to be great and it shows through like finding gold in mining.

Make no mistake Schiano must go and his 80 assistants – but the traits we are looking for in a qb is clearly demonstrated by these young qbs and next year we will have the opportunity to draft our own. We just need the right infrastructure in place to nurture and help him develop those traits to tangible success! Not stupid quotations after the game and fake discipline.

  517. Architek Says:

I saw the deer again tonight and the hand clap!

  518. Patrick in VA Says:

It seems like someone should be looking into lasik or contacts for Josh. Three only way to explain sailing that many balls is he’s just not seeing things well

  519. Malevolent Creation Says:

Viking fans get your Super Bowl tickets

  520. Paul Says:

Glad it was on national TV, since NFL writers don’t watch much Football. Now they can stop making up hateful stories about my Bucs! Schiano will chirp chirp lay an egg on Thursday night though, so we’ll be back to normal.

  521. Oil Derrick Brooks Says:

I never thought everything would be solved by dumping Freeman. But, I felt for a while now, that nothing would be solved by keeping him.

    Moving forward.

  522. JMN Says:

“Josh’s downward spiral is really disturbing.”

I feel the same. I thought I would enjoy watching him fail, however, after the game I just felt really sad. I don’t want to see anybody fail like that. He could really benefit by seeing a regular psychologist as well as a sports psychologist. The best thing Freeman could of done was accept his position as backup the remainder of this year to Glennon. Then become a free agent, a team would of def signed him. This way he could of worked the whole off season, had time to learn a playbook, and get plenty of reps in mini camps and pre-season games. Josh really did himself in this time.

  523. Chef Paul Says:

Waking up this morning has a new feel, don’t it? It feels like closure. Kind of feels like we can all move on now. Very refreshing.

  524. MadMax Says:

No “wow” at all, well, “wow, how frustrating the Vikes must feel right now”……glad he’s gone, now theres more work to do Glazers!!

  525. Tom Says:

Glazer spent so much money in the last 2 years, plus Man U has a bad year also. SO…May be Shiano might be around for awhile…..deal with it.
