Williams And Banks Nursing Hamstrings

August 2nd, 2013

MikewilliamsLondonAnnoying and hopefully minor injuries are piling up at One Buc Palace.

Johnthan Banks and Mike Williams stopped practicing today with hamstring issues.

Greg Schiano characterized both as minor, but he did say Banks might not return until Monday.

Banks’ hammy is most interesting to Joe. If the Bucs keep him out of Thursday’s preseason opener, that will give plenty of first-team work for cornerback hopefuls Michael Adams, Rashaan Melvin and others.

    I’m lovin it!

all the “little” injuries that is. Next man up and build depth while these guys acclimate to the rigors of football season. I’ll take 20 of these minor injuries over one season ender.

and their before pre-season even starts. let these guys know they better be doing their yoga and stretching …or whatever Ronde did for 46 years in the league!

time to make sleeping in hyperbaric chambers mandatory for all players. lol. all joking aside, maybe these minor injuries might be a blessing in disquis. it could give us a chance to find some hidden gems that are buried on the depth chart.
