Sabby In The Spotlight

October 10th, 2010

Wondering why you’re seeing so much of that shoulder-twitching, reserve strong safety, that’s because Sean Jones was injured.

Sabby Piscitelli has been in the Bucs’ secondary ever since the opening series. From the Bucs’ Twitter feed about Jones.

S Sean Jones hurt his back on the first play of the game & has been replaced by Sabby Piscitelli. Jones is questionable to return.

Was Sabby late with over-the-top help on Terrell Owens’ 40+ yard touchdown reception? Most likely. But Aqib Talib also was beaten badly.

Joe’s not calling Sabby a goat. The Bucs have squandered too many chances, but are right in the game at halftime.

Wow. Ugly. What was piscitelli doing on that pass to Gresham? He just doesn’t look like he even belongs anywhere near an NFL field.

  2. Irony Says:

Sabby blows!!!!! And so does our damn run d

  3. gitarlvr Says:

Well if the jury was out on Sabby the answer is clear after that missed tackle in the backfield. I mean the runner had already had to redirect to avoid one tackler in the backfield and Sabby was in perfect position to just nail him. I mean just about any other starting SS in the league probably makes that play.

  8. Mr. Lucky Says:

Dont forget about Sabby getting burned on the last Bengals TD play action pass.

But Sabby gets lucky and get the INT run back to win the game.

    Still a goat….

THAT’S WHAT I’M TALKING ABOUT! It’s NEVER freakin over! I’m so tired of fans of this team thinking that this is the same team from last year! If at any point you thought we were going to lose this one BOW DOWN. Awesome win! Free is STILL the comeback kid!

Sabby comes through, but played an overall horrible game. Tampa will take this win, thank you.

The least sabby could do is grab the ball falling in his hands. Way to redeem yourself D

Every person watching the game had the thought of a loss run through their head. Don’t be a tool

    @ irony

Then every person watching the game doesn’t know the game bro. This is the NFL. Comebacks happen. Freeman has proven that he can bring us back in the 4th numerous times. People were saying the game was lost at the end of the 3rd quarter. If you were one of those people, BOW DOWN. This team and coaching staff are proving to be resilient. We need a fan base to match that.

lol @Sensiblebuc whatever you say. So your saying that you NEVER EVER EVER have the thought of possibly losing cross your mind?? I dont think so, if you wanna claim it that’s on you. Personally im not accustomed to lying. The ironic thing is that you really aren’t that sensible.
