Explaining The Unexplainable

October 25th, 2010

Joe’s still shaking his head in disbelief, and it is not from the copious amounts of adult beverages he threw down yesterday after the Bucs beat the Rams.

How did this happen? The Rams had their foot on the Bucs throats in the first half. It was looking like a third straight brutal loss at home.

It’s really amazing. Seems as though Tampa Tribune columnist Joe Henderson is also shaking his head in wonderment, trying to figure out how Josh Freeman once again pulled out a fourth quarter win.

For two quarters the Bucs were about as bad as can be as they fell behind 17-3. Actually, they were boring and that’s worse than bad.

We’ve seen it before with this team, though. They hang around, grind out a little something, make a play or two, and the next thing you know Freeman has the ball late in the fourth quarter with a chance to win.

If we have to keep talking about how they won a game that logic says they shouldn’t have, maybe it’s time to shift the focus somewhere else.

The Bucs got gouged on the ground (again) by Steven Jackson. They imploded with penalties.

Once again, this is the NFL. Wins are wins. Style points are for college football. Count your blessings with a W, raise a beer and look to the next opponent.

No need to apologize for taking advantage of being left to hang around in a game.

Well, they were a completely different team in the 2nd half. Raheem made adjustments,.

No apologies necessary for 4-2. Go buy your Freeman jersey now, I’ve had mine since it was available. On to Arizona.

Did anyone else want to punch Jim Mora Jr. in his face yesterday? What an annoying Buc hating hack!

I’ll take a boring first half every game if the fourth quarter is exciting as yesterday.

Ya never question a win, but even the diehard Buc fan has to be amazed by these 4 th quarter heroics! But again, that’s what a franchise QB does! But it’s still just incredible what these overmatched kids are doing with just effort and persistence. We all expected a rebuilding year, where we would be lucky to beat the bad teams. What are we gonna do if we make the playoffs?? NOBODY thought about that, lol

During the replay of the game winning TD Jim Mora said that Jets came with a blitz. This might explain why he is not coacing, you don’t know what game your doing. That whole team sucked, they kept saying “Josh Freeman is confused” that he didn’t know what the Rams were doing. Fox should play back those games and point out the mistakes, just like PTI. What a bunch of idiots!!!!

    ROTFLMAO!!!!!!!!

This is the NFL…a “W” is all that matters….Great job guys , keep it up.
Now on to Arizona and would it not be great to come home with that 5th win !

  10. Capt.Tim Says:

The jets! Lol! Like the rest of his pregame buddies, trying to get his mouth on the tool, even when he’s not at their game! Lol! Anyone else sick of hearing about the Cowboys! I realize no one on the the pregame shows (any of them!) knows it , but they have only won one game!! But they get ten times the publicity of our 4-2 Bucs! Again, another reason to avoid the heads

@CAPT. TIM- Thats why I actually preferred the analysts from SKY network that I saw on my “illegal internet feed” on Sunday!!! American TV sports analysts are the biggest bunch of retarded dumb jocks in existence. The american networks almost always choose the famous guys with gregarious personalities over anyone with any real intellect.
