Chucky Loves The Panthers

September 4th, 2010

Many Bucs fans mark Bucs-Panthers games this season as victories for the good guys.

Joe’s never really understood that. The Panthers won four out of their last five in 2009. Their defense allowed 13.8 points a game over the final half of the season. And Matt Moore is a guy on the rise with a savage running game in place.

Surely, the Bucs aren’t better than Carolina on paper.

Unpredictable NFC South scribe Pat Yasinskas, of BSPN.com, agrees. And he’s got Chucky backing him up, per the former head coach’s comments in a Monday Night Football conference call with the media.

“A sleeper team I like is the Carolina Panthers,’’ Gruden said. “I realize they’ve lost some good players, but they still have the best 1-2 running combination in football in (Jonathan) Stewart and (DeAngelo) Williams. I don’t ever see anybody score on these guys … They play hard, they play sound, they’re going to surprise some people.”

The NFC South is a very strong division, if the Bucs’ defensive mastermind/head coach gets the most out of his limited talent and youth-laden roster.

I would love to see Gruden be the head coach next year for the Panthers and have the Bucs still keep spinning their cheap, wooden wheels with Raheem Morris.

It would be very entertaining to f— with the RahWillBeGreat Cult, as theg will be plastered off the suicide juice before the game… only to watch them flounder for excuses after each loss.

But the best part of it all, will be the continual hate for Gruden by the Cult’s leader JimBuc.

JimBuc, make sure the potion strong so your Cult doesn’t awake after the loss to Gruden.

    bwahahahhahahhahah

FINALLY, it comes out. Javier n Wimauma is a Panther fan. Why in the world do you troll Bucs sites. Let me guess, you tried trolling Saints and Falcons sites, got shot down because those teams have had some success as of late, so you thought this would be easy pickins? Wow, get a life.

That is one of the weirdest posts I have yet seen, here.

I especially liked “…Plastered off the suicide juice…”

Javi should get some kind of award. Also, may want to ease back on the meds.

Not that I don’t agree. It has been my longstanding view that Gruden, while a good coach, simply took Tony Dungy’s disciplined, great work ethic momentum to the Super Bowl.

    Joe,

There has been a LOT of turnover on the Panthers team. They have Matt Moore at QB, which looked good to end last season (yeah, so did Josh Freeman winning 2 of 3), but he’s still young and inexperienced. He’s got Steve Smith, but they’ve got a LOT of question marks at WR still. As for their fearsome D, they’ve taken a pretty big hit this offseason, and it will be interesting to see if they can maintain what they’ve had or if the D falls off and how much. Time will tell if they’re better, as good as, or worse than last year, but preliminary looks show they will probably be a bit worse than last year which gives the Bucs a chance against them.

Where is the Breaking NEWS, Clayton was cut!!! C’mon Joe

  6. Rich Says:

The Panther defense looks kinda scary. 19 sacks, 9 forced fumbles this preseason. While it is preseason we finished last in sacks.

They also will run the ball. Something we have yet to stop the past two seasons. So Moore will not be a big factor even though he did beat us last year.

We can win but it is not going to be as easy as everyone thinks.

Col. Custer once said” the greatest tool of an intelligent man, is the ignorance of his fellow man”. Want to see how that works?
Hey, Javier, I made the suicide juice! I’m don’t think it’s right, though! You said you wanted it really strong! This might be to weak! Here, try it and tell me if it’s strong enough. Thanks , buddy!!

  9. ZeroExpectations Says:

    Maybe Clayton tweeted it.

  10. BigMacAttack Says:

I read the same thing. Clayton is history. Yeah!!!

  11. eric Says:

Panthers have cleaned house and gone young, like our bucs. No excuse for them being any better than us.

    Well see.

  12. AriToldMeTo Says:

Eric the Buccaneers will sweep the Panthers this year.

We are the most promising team in the NFL. ‘The Dom’ has single handedly drafted prow bowl starters that will define this soon to be super Bowl contender.

You should go get season tickets while they are super cheap!

  13. Capt.Tim Says:

Ari, you are a genius. I am certin that you are worshiped as a God in some countries!

  14. eric Says:

    Gruden started the bubonic plague!

  15. Apple Roof Cleaning Tampa Says:

No way the Panthers will run over us like they did last year. McCoy and Price will see to that! Peppers is gone, and so will be the double teams he always required. Matt Mooore is a good QB, but w.o an equally good pair of receivers, we will simply double or triple Steve Smith like Seattle did to him in the NFC Playoff game, remember that ? He threw his helmet that game in frustration! This season will probably see the END of Fox in Carolina, for they will be sitting in the cellar of the NFC South, not us!
But it may get worse, Cowher in Carolina next year, what a nightmare ?

Chucky’s gonna have to get a real jorb next year
We’re not payin’ ‘im NOT to coach!
