Hate Mail: You Send It; Joe Gets It

Joe loves his tens of thousands of loyal readers. Ok, well, a few of them Joe could do without.
But Joe is committed to interacting with as many as he can, even those who bomb Joe with heinous venom and personal attacks.
So now Joe is going to take that previously off-line hate mail that landed in his inbox and bring it here in a weekly feature simply titled, Hate Mail.
If you have a problem with Joe, fire away to hatemail@joebucsfan.com.
Every Sunday Joe will answer some select questions right here, likely those void of profanity.

I find it hard to believe that many people send you hate mail Joe. Why would some want to piss off the person that gives them to best info on their team?
The only thing I can see is if they disagree with your opinions, but even then, your right most of the time.

First, thank you very much for the kind words. Joe’s humbled.
Joe won’t name names, but they come from all over. The rabid Bucs haters think Joe has been bought off by Joel Glazer yet there are some people from One Buc Palace that, given the opportunity, would slit Joe’s throat. (Joe has heard from more staffers at One Buc Palace who like Joe than he has that hate him believe it or not, though it’s close).
Then, there’s the crowd that used to subscribe to the formerly environmentally-unfriendly, colorful Bucs magazine that believes anything written about the Bucs is akin to the Stations of the Cross, and anyone who has an opinion or doesn’t write in such dull tones it would put insomniacs to sleep to be Lucifer on earth himself.

I go from hating you to loving you and back to hating you about twenty times on any given day.
Which is why I keep coming back. But I’d never send hate mail.
Now if you can give me the email address for some of the other guys who comment daily. I wouldn’t mind sending them some hate mail.

No offense Joe, but your BLOG is mostly just regurgitated info that other people report on; somewhat consolidated. Not that I don’t enjoy the site, but sending you hate mail? Nah, it would be directed at the wrong person. Irritated when you occasionally post garbage, which happens, albeit rare? Yes. That’s what this comment section is for.
You’re just doing your job as people are drawn to the hate and negative, not so much to the love\positive.

Joe doesn’t craft and plot what to write and/orcontemplate whether among today’s 5,000 visits to JoeBucsFan.com will more people prefer negativity or Glazer love. …Joe has no time for such nonsense. Joe writes his mind and pulls in others’ opinions, and delivers some original reporting. It is what it is. …And yes, when your team wins 3 of its last 20, things might trend a bit negative.
