Road Rash Sacks Stylez White

June 5th, 2009

It seems Bucs defensive end Stylez G. White, one of the great stories during the 2007 season, has learned a bit from Dexter Jackson about how to avoid contact.

White, per NationalFootballPost.com, injured himself Tuesday night while intentionally wiping out his motorcycle to avoid traffic.

White was operating his motorcycle in the Tampa area when a cab pulled in front of him, forcing White to lay down the bike in an effort to avoid running into the cab.  He suffered some road burns and is sore, but doing fine.

Raheem the Dream spoke to Woody Cummings of the Tampa Tribune about White’s mishap, “I just hope he gets healthy soon. “He’s dealing with [team trainer Todd [Toriscelli] right now. I haven’t talked to him directly yet, but again, he’s another guy that I’m concerned about.”

Joe wishes White well, and Joe also wishes all NFL players would stay off the motorcycles and limit the risks to their million-dollar careers. It’s even safer to practice next to Aqib Talib.
