Jeff Garcia is a bit angry as he claims he is healthy enough to play Sunday against the Falcons.

Now this is getting interesting. Bucs quarterback Jeff Garcia claims he’s healthy enough to play and doesn’t agree with, as Rick Stroud of the St. Petersburg Times writes, Bucs coach “Jon Gruden’s decision to bench him.”

“I’ve played through a lot worse before and that’s not anything new,” Garcia said.

Garcia also claims his poor play has nothing to do with the Brett Favre non-trade debacle and the Bucs denial of his contract bonus.

“”I feel like I’m emotionally stable. I’m not a basket case.”

Well, this would help any red-blooded American male remain emotionally calm if not stable and content.
