Benched Bucs quarterback Jeff Garcia is in the middle of a back-and-forth indirect exchange between Chucky and ProFootballTalk.com's Mike Florio.

Chucky and ProFootballTalk.com guru Mike Florio got into an exchange of words, in a manner of speaking, again yesterday.

Last week Florio wrote about how the Bucs were shopping quarterback Jeff Garcia around. Chucky had a pointed retort with a sort of backhand comment directed at Florio.

Florio shot back that Chucky was yanking people’s chains and that he, Chucky, indeed was trying to peddle Garcia.

Sunday, FoxSports.com reported that the Bucs did offer Garcia to the 49ers, but the offer was turned down.

Monday in his press conference Chucky again claimed Garcia was not being shopped around but his comments were qualified as in “not to my knowledge,” and “I have not.”

Florio responded again that not only was Chucky trying to pull a fast one over on Bucs fans and local the MSM, that if Chucky (or Bruce Almighty) had any brains they would/could get a decent draft pick from Minnesota for Garcia.
