Haha, that Spence is more than I thought if he’s warming up with what McCoy’s heavy reps are….Slow down a little Spence, its football Bro, not a power lifting competition….dont want to see you get injured in the weight room, that would suck! I was like that when I was younger, and my right rotator cuff still gives me fits sometimes, here it is 16 years later.

1) Joe likes that photo. It captures McCoy’s true personality: A good, fun-loving dude (please listen to his press conference when he talks about having fun).
2) That photo was twittered out by none other than McCoy himself. If he thought it was so bad, he wouldn’t have taken a “selfie” and put it out for all to see.

1). Thanks for the response. And it’s great that Gerald is a funloving guy and likes to goof and be the bufoon on Twitter during the off season.
2.) How do we expect anyone to take the team seriously if we don’t take ourselves seriously? That picture of Josh and the baby tiger ( when he was dressed up as Michael Jackson) showed his fun side but I don’t see you running that alongside every story about the QB.
