    What I found interesting, was the concept that the Bucs aren’t giving out signing bonuses, instead choosing to ‘front load’ the contracts in the first 2 years , or so. Seems specially appiclicable this year, when we had so much carried over from last year, which could only be used this year. Not having
    pro-rated bonuses will help prevent ‘cap hell’ in future years.
