Frequently Asked Questions

Where are the bus stops?: Stops are at the Lee Roy Selmon’s locations linked above. You can’t miss seeing the luxury bus in front of the restaurant. It also has a big sign on it with the Selmon’s and No Excuses Tour logo. Get there early and buy a to-go meal from Selmon’s and you’ll be set.

Will I get bus tickets in my hand?: After purchasing your tickets below, or here, you’ll get a receipt that you’ll need to show the driver upon boarding the bus. If you don’t have a printer, it’s OK to show the receipt on your phone. Or just show a picture ID that matches the name on the billing.

Is there a toilet on the bus? No. And there won’t be any stops. Although if you board in Carrollwood, there’s time for you to run into the South Tampa Lee Roy Selmon’s.

Where do you drop off at the Trop? There’s a great dropoff point for buses at the southwest side of the stadium near a box office, if you need to purchase tickets. It’s a very short walk inside.

Where will you pickup at the Trop? Pickup in St. Pete will be at the same dropoff spot outside Tropicana Field 30 minutes after the final pitch. (EXCEPT for games when bus stays for a postgame concert) Your chauffeur will notify you before leaving the luxury bus before the game in the event of an unexpected change.

Suppose there’s a postgame concert? That will be determined on an event-by-event basis. You will have to check the main page of http://www.NoExcusesTour.com for specific dates. Last year we stayed for many concerts.

What if I’m late for the bus? Then you can expect to miss the bus. That said, the chauffeur will provide a contact phone number for you to call in the event of a problem at Tropicana Field..

What if it’s raining? Tropicana Field is a domed stadium and it’s a very short walk to the gate and box office next to the dropoff point.

What is seating like on the bus? These are 29-seat luxury buses with spacious, reclining seating. Complimentary water bottles are provided. Buses are NOT equipped for wheelchairs or other disabled accommodations.

Why should I trust this operation? Paradise Worldwide Transportation has been the official transportation provider for the Tampa Bay Lightning and the Tampa Bay Times Forum. Also, the company, along with Lee Roy Selmon’s and JoeBucsFan.com, operated the successful Blackout Tour that took Buccaneers fans to Fort Myers to see blacked out games. This is all completely legitimate. More than 900 people have enjoyed the No Excuses Tour.

What if there are Red Sox fans on the bus?: Then you can feel free to heckle them after the Rays win.

Are there refunds? All sales are final. And there are no refunds unless the Rays game is canceled.
