Good info, Derek. Thanks, and keep it coming. Thanks Joe for linking to his videos and keeping people following WTB as well.

So far, it’s about what I would have expected. The pads go on, the intensity goes up. Nice to hear the O-line is coming together, including guys on the bubble of starter/backup. If we get that group fully healthy for most of the year, it could be special. I’m really starting to get curious about the RB battles after hearing of the Leonard 25 yard run. Yeah, Martin is the man, but who else makes the active roster? Is James a practice squad guy? What will Hillis do? (if anything).

I’m not worried about the QB accuracy at this point. They’re still working timing, routes, and reads with their WRs. Accuracy will improve as camp goes on and pre-season games take place.

What to watch for in the future? NT battle for starter… Spence, Gibson, or Landri. #2 and #3 RB battles. #3 and #4 WR battles (nice to hear Page did well, guy can return too… might be #5/return guy). SLB battle… Watson, Hayward, Casillas. I’m even interested in a possible RT battle between Carimi and Dotson. I figure Crabtree doesn’t have much competition at TE (of course Stocker was hurting again, but probably wouldn’t be much competition anyway).

never mind read it in an earlier post. 33,000 is not bad. good job bucs fans.

Fu** I was going to go, but had to get my shocks done on my car and my mechanic called and said this was the only time he could do it. After waiting a month to get it done I had to choose the damn shocks over the night practice. S.O.B. I needed him to do this for the past month. Oh well life sucks until the Bucs make the damn playoffs again.

Good to see that Bucs fans are seeing what I’m seeing 33,000 WOW effing wow. This season is going to be something special, I can not only see it. I feel it.

Was there tonight & a great showing by fans. A little more organized I would say for the event itself. Gene Deckerhoff calling plays was a nice touch. WR’s and Offensive line are in mid season form. RB’s looked good as well. A lot of things to get excited about this year and there is a buzz locally for sure.

  9. Chris Says:

Freeman was booed tonight by buc fans. Hmm.

Regardless who is the qb , Martin and the rbs are going to get some heavy duty work load.

    #ground and pound 2013,
