“Tampa’s Best Offer Is On The Table”

April 16th, 2013

Will the distraction of Darrelle Revis push the Jets into pulling the trigger on a trade? Is Revis even a distraction in the dysfunctional tabloid world of the Jets?

All that is explored in the New York Daily News roundtable video discussion below. A theory that “Tampa’s best offer is on the table” is floated as well.

If the best offer is truly on the table and the Jets aren’t responding, just walk away. A healthy Revis is an upgrade, but not at the cost. The caveat being healthy, which no one knows until he’s in a game going full speed.

  2. RCH Says:

The Jets clearly enjoy the free media coverage and that’s what there milking.

Time to say enough is enough. Jets had their chance and all they have done is spit in Domonic’s face. Please don’t let Idzik make us look like fools any longer.

  4. MadMax Says:

Keep the picks and get him in FA next year Dom…unless they settle for ONLY this year’s 1st (and I dont even want to give that one up).

  5. clafollett Says:

Nix the Revis deal. Keep the picks and the cash. Build from the draft for the CB spot.

  6. MRam Says:

why does it seem like every reporter thinks the jets have the upper hand in this deal??? Revis obviously wants to get paid and the jets aren’t going to do it. Not to mention the guy is coming off major knee surgery. The Bucs are the only bidder. Give them 2 2nds and if they say no, go ahead and build through the draft like we have been. Dom isn’t a fool

  7. JFK Says:

Play hard ball Dom! They had there chance ! We are in draft mode now. 2 2nds and a 4th or nothing bucs fans grew tired of this your loss jets! Xavier Rhodes island and honey badger cove tropical paradise in Tampa!
