    With the advent of the pistol and read option in the NFL, Kelly would be wise to keep Vick for one year, bring in Dennis Dixon and Josh Johnson. Then go all out to get Johnny Manziel in 2014.

    Workout a deal with the Bucs to trade Nick Foles for LeGarette Blount and a 4th round pick. Then take Kenyon Barner in the draft. And voila, the Oregon attack is in place and ready to go!
