Former Tampa Tribune staffer and current SI.com scribe Andy Staples came up with the quote of the week, and maybe of training camp.

Back in Florida to chronicle the Bucs training camp for his website, Staples quoted Bucs quarterback Jeff Garcia as saying, after the Lord Favre fiasco this week:

“I still have my job, and I’m married to the 2004 Playmate of the Year.”

Well, Garcia actually didn’t say that. Staples was just having some fun. Nonetheless, it gives us an opportunity to post a picture of Garcia’s wife, the lovely Carmella DeCesare.

We don’t suspect many will quibble.

There really isn't a bad time to post a picture of Carmella DeCesare.
