Keep getting him LOTS and LOTS of reps! Along with Rudy Carpenter! They both looked good the either night!

    OT: from profootballtalk

Heading into the team’s crucial third preseason game, the Bucs announced on Monday that Sean Jones has won the team’s starting strong safety spot over Sabby Piscatelli. The move is no surprise, but will surely draw cheers from Bucs fans.

Good! It’s about time Sean started in front of Sabby “The Goat”. And I thinks it’s good to start Vincent this Saturday instead of Zuttah. Zuttah hasn’t played bad this pre season, but he hasn’t exactly been great. Maybe this will get Zuttah pissed off enough to play better and earn his starting job back.

On the Freeman issue. Yes, it will definetly hurt not having Josh for the rest of pre season because he won’t get enough reps. But I don’t think that he’ll be horrible against the Browns. As long as his injury heals up properly, I think he’ll be able to play well enough to help the Bucs win.

Just in case something does go wrong with Freeman’s injury, I believe Johnson can step in and do well.

Maybe, just maybe, this will FORCE the Bucs into running the darn ball and stop relying on the pass so much
