Jeff Tedford Had Medical Procedure

August 25th, 2014

Out for medical reasons.

Bucs coach Lovie Smith announced in his post-practice news conference that offensive coordinator Jeff Tedford was unavailable due to a medical procedure.

Lovie did not provide further details other than to say that Tedford is resting comfortably and is expected back with the team.

Likely due to HIPAA federal laws protecting confidentiality of medical information, the Bucs wouldn’t elaborate on Tedford’s issue.

When Tedford returns is uncertain, Lovie said, though the head coach seemed to imply Tedford would only be away for a matter of days.

In Tedford’s absence, Lovie said the offensive coaching staff “will come together” to ensure all is smooth on the offensive side of the ball.

Tedford, Lovie said, “Should be OK.”

Looks like the poor O-Line play gave the poor guy a mild stroke. In a panic the Bucs go get any oline help they can get.

    Incognito is in town.

Heck, the word is L&L are calling those bouncers that chased Evans around.

Jokes aside, I hope he is doing well. I like the look of the offense, the Oline is the weak link, but I like the formations and tempo.

hope it’s nothing serious, get well quickly. Just don’t like the phrase “should be OK”.
