It was a fun day yesterday at Bucs training camp, despite the gooey humidity that smothered One Buc Palace. Joe is starting to buy in to the Austin Seferian-Jenkins hype (but Joe has to shake himself to remember he is a rookie, prone to rookie mistakes and highs and lows like any other first-year player).

There was a good goal line stand. Good catches by Mike Evans. Strong throws from Josh McCown.

As usual, Jenna Laine was at Bucs camp and filed this breakdown of the day’s happenings in this SportsTalkFlorida.com video.

I am so excited this year about Coach Lovie Smith, I mean just the way he talks literally is an upgrade from our previous coaches. But, I just love the defensive mind, and our new offense. I am soooooo excited this year for the Bucs, I literally think if we can stay healthy we can make the playoffs in the next 2 years. I really really do.

I’m 24 years old been a bucs fan since I was young, didn’t get to see the real yucs or the dungy era. I was 12 when we won the Super Bowl with chucky and remember watching that. So we have had chucky, Raheem, and schiano. Chucky won a title for us so I can’t knock him but not his biggest fan Raheem wasn’t ready and not very good, had some exciting games lol and a lot ugly. Then schiano…..I didn’t like anything about him as a head coach It was a pretty embarrassing tenure….I probably could’ve out coached him in some games Lovie smith is the best coach we could’ve landed and an actual nfl coach that’s why I’m so excited for the bucs this year and the future. Go bucs.
