McCown’s a very likeable guy….I think he really adds some mature leadership to the team…Imagine who was our leader at QB last year and compare….I think most agree that we wish him great success. I also think Glennon is taking all this like a pro….and not whining, bitching and crying/feeling entitled like someone we remember oh so well!!!!

    Nightly nuggets… priceless

This is one of the many reasons why your site blows EVERY site out of the water and it’s not even close. How’s that for schooling Joe?

  4. That Guy Says:

Can’t wait until the rookies get here. All the tedious Glennon/Manziel stuff needs to die.

Has anyone signed up for Game Rewind on Nfl.com to watch the replays of games, including “Coaches View etc.?

Hey Joe(s), is it possible to have the conversation posted in text form? I can read quicker than I could listen and I’m sure there are others who would appreciate the time savings. Tnx

Sometimes Joe transcribes stuff, and Joe already has pulled a few long quotes from McCown for posts, but Joe’s not going to crank out 20 minutes of transcription. Not for stuff that isn’t thoroughly earth-shattering. -Joe

  7. Piratic Says:

@al: Clearly you’ve never transcribed ANYTHING.

    “…appreciate the time savings.”

    You’re funny.

Josh should enjoy every minute he can in the spotlight. He’s a good dude and I’m glad he’s a Buc, but I don’t think hell remain the “starter” too long.
interested what you think, Joe. Now that the draft has come and gone, and our QBs are the same. Who do you think should start week one? Hell, there’s. Probably someone here thinks undrafted f.a. Smith is better than the veteran McCown or the young “cannon”.

I would consider myself to be the biggest supporter of Smith, was hyping him considerably before the draft… but no, for right now, he’s not better than either…but he has the potential to be far greater than both of them. He’s 21, 3 years removed from high school with inconsistent mechanics and a smallish frame. He needs at least a season or two before he is thrown to the wolves.

Why no presser for the Cannon headed to Canton?

Rasta Seferians love to licht up, yes we do! Jerk chicken and beer, we party with all support groups! We love Freemanites, MGM, BSP (Brett Smith Posse), Dougie’s, Macsters…
