Chucky’s MNF Predecessor Talks

May 20th, 2009

This might be a stretch linking this to the Bucs, but at least the guy who quit Monday Night Football enabling Chucky to get the job talks.

Joe found it interesting and hopes you do as well.

I’m glad Tony is done with MNF. From what he said he is too. I like his perspective on the whole thing.

He was absent from PTI the day the news broke. The day after he returned and was like the Tony of old… funny, confrontational, & highly opinionated. I hadn’t laughed at PTI like that in a long time. That leads me to believe he is happy with the new situation. PTI is his passion (mine too!) and he loves doing the show.

To say that nobody want to hear from him is not correct in my opinion. He is a very successful sports writer (& radio) so people have been reading/listening to him for years.
