I respect Joe's opinion, but only to the point that I think he has over analyzed everything.

I drive around town and I see these "card and palm readers"....

These are people who look into a crystal ball or look at your palm and tell you what will happen to you...or they lay cards out on a table.

Joe, no offense intended...but you do not posess a crystal ball, you are baseing your opinion on your knowledge of the sport, the history of the sport, and what has happened in the past.

That knowledge of the sport should lead you to some undergraduates of the draft who have become outstanding players, even hall of famers.

I am not saying that this particular draft pick is going to be a hit, but give him some slack, give the rest of the coaching staff some slack!

If the team fails this next season, you will look golden.

In the NFL, I guess it is always a safer bet on failure. 32-1 odds...that's a pretty safe bet.

I dont like this draft choice any more than Joe does, but I seem to have a little more faith in the people who are making these decisions.

In my humble opinion.

Bad pick but let's wait and see. Let's don't run the kid out of town before he gets to preseason. Just think $2.8mil will be leaving from the cap when they terminate the services of Son of Bob. If this Jagodinski cat can work this guy into shape it could work out fine. I am also a pessimist about this kid but let's give him a shot. Time will tell if the Dram and Dumbinik were just patsy's for a better coach next year or soon after. Cowher, Holmgren etc.. I was really wanting us to get Cowher but seems he was not ready to come back yet. We'll see said the blind man.
