That is your definition and opinon.
I do not like Sapp. He is a poor excuse of a human.
BUT…….. as for his play on the feild and what he meant to the Bucs as a player, he deserves to be in the ring.

I am all for going with another old timer and doing Sapp, Lunch, and Brooks togeth

Prior to them they need to do Dungy and Kiffin

I would feel disgusted if I walked into the stadium and had to see his name enshrined up there all the while knowing how awful he treated almost every living soul he came in contact with. FWIW I feel the same about Pete Rose, numbers wise he belongs in HOF. any other “honors” forget about it!
