Im not panicking or calling for heads to roll, but I am cautiously optimistic.

Dominik doesn’t provide “a winning formula”. The coaches do. Why do you think Raheem left and Dominik stayed? The GM’s job is to acquire talent. Its not Dom’s fault that players with no injury history all of a sudden become injury prone.

I do not think Dom is the greatest GM to walk the planet. Derrick Ward, Michael Clayton, etc. Of course he makes mistakes. Show me a GM that doesn’t. You can’t blame EVERYTHING on the GM.

Was anybody, anywhere in there right mind expecting the Bucs to have a winning season last year? Anybody?

The pressure is most definitely on this year for everybody. GM, coach, and most importantly Freeman. We MUST win this season. It is a reasonable expectation and should happen. Another season without the playoffs and I am all for canning everyone involved. Including Dominik.

Im done arguing here. If this team had no talent I would be holding a pitchfork with you guys. The problem is that he has done a great job that has been masked by poor coaching and bad luck with injuries. Look what Quincy Black did with some coaching. Mason Foster? Gerald McCoy? Look at how much each player improved from the prior season and throughout the season.

I just ask that judgement is reserved until we see what a healthy team can do with some consistent, quality coaching.

Wake up with with “Dominick established a 53 man roster from scratch” Bull SH!T argument. Dominick has taken us to zero playoff games.

Look at Bruce Allen. He got hired later, traded more picks, and won the NFC East.

Dominick signed us a punter after a 10 win season, drafted Freeman, rewards mediocrity by resigning Trueblood and Black, and he has signed and drafted his fair share of duds.

We need to win, Dominick needs to provided a winning formula, or he can go beg Bruce Allen for a job with Raheem. Hopefully, he can be EJ Bigger’s personal water boy (if Dom and Freeman can’t get us to the playoffs in 2013)

The Bucs better get their asses back in the playoffs this year. No more medicrity.

Dominick had a great offseason last year, but his ass needs to find a way to get the Revis deal done, so we don’t COMPLETELY SUCK anymore.

Josh Freeman is the next question mark. He needs to show his worth in order to justify a new contract. The Bucs hired Schiano, and from that moment forward we are eliminating all of the pu$$ies from the roster. Reejus Benn- that means you, enjoy your fashion and thanks for nothing.

We are evolving into a hard nosed, selfless, lunch pale mentality football team. Dominick needs to land us the big fish CB (Revis), and sign another CB.

I am ok with not paying Roy Miller or Mike Bennett, but if we have LESS TEAM SACKS this year compared to last year, then I would love to see Dominick answer that WTF question?

Terrel Suggs and our very own Da’quan Bowers came back from Achilles injuries in MONTHS and not only played but played well. Graham’s career lasted longer than it should have because he was the most selfless player to ever put on a Buccaneers uniform. The Achilles just sealed his fate.

Im not sure where your quoting “bums” from but I called Miller and Bennett replaceable, not bums. Quality players that over valued themselves.

We have been in the basement because of either a lack of coaching or a serious rash of injuries every season in Dom’s tenure. Sure, if Dom had signed every free agent you had a wet dream for and hit on every single player in every draft we might have a better team all while being in cap hell but that is childish to even think that is possible.

As far as my so-called “vapor lock” is concerned, it is for a reason. We don’t need uneducated “fans” running a crucial part of this team out of town. If you look at the talent as a whole on this team you would have to be a moron to say he needs to be fired right now.

There is only a handful of players left from the previous regime. (Davin Joseph, Donald Penn that was Dom’s pickup anyway, and Jeremy Zuttah). Its obvious he had nothing to start with. He has had to assemble an ENTIRE ROSTER of 53 players from scratch in just four years. How many other GM’s can say the same?

Everybody complaining can easily point out problems but none of them can point out solutions. You guys are calling for Dom’s head after two weeks of free agency. What a joke.
