I watched the press conference and am stoked to have him here, you could tell tht he wanted to be here and apart of this organization. He’ll he even threw in Go Bucs!!! He is a heavy hitter and solid in coverage, we got him for a steal at only 22 guaranteed.

Not to worry about the Cb situation, IMO Smith is waiting on us, if nothing else we can give him Wrights contract

What makes anyone think that Revis wants to play here? This dude has such a huge ego and he already knows where he wants to play. If he comes in here with a chip on his ego inflated shoulder, he may never give us his best, and will force us to run him out of town. All will be lost. In fact, even now Izdic is jerking us around. This has punked all over it. Move on.

That sucks about Avril. I was really high on him. I wonder if at that price though the Bucs are going to offer 5 million per for Bennett? If so, it does not seem he will get much better.

WOW. I hate this. Don’t go all Tampa Rays on the Buccaneers. Football is not baseball. Baseball is built on stats and I like it ….. to a point.
Football is not built on stats. It is a team game with 11 moving parts more so than any other sport. It is about emotion and execution. Stats really mean nothing for most positions in football.
I watch the games and focus on players whenever possible. Barron and Goldson can BOTH be pro-bowlers. It is obvious in the film

But personally, I really don’t care about price. I want talent and I didn’t care much for Bennett last year. But he is young so Bennett could prove to be better then I see him for.

Great acquisition, immediately upgrades the current backfield talent – with additional/probable CB the pick puts this secondary into one of the scariest in this division, maybe the NFC…and if you factor in that Mr Bennets value has just been established by Avril signing with Seattle.

Don’t care who they sign……This franchise NEEDS a solid draft(like last season). Bucs are playing with a handicap from all the drafts gone wrong before 2011.
