His game has been down but I think it’s because Jakes wants out of Miami. And if his technique is in decline, I have no doubt that Bob Bostad will fix it. I’m with you on, if we could get him for 6 mil, that’s all the better, but I’m afraid it will take over 8 mil or better to win the bid. and remember I’m just dreaming. do I expect it to happen? ..not one bit.

Also, we don’t just need a complimentary back. We need a solid #2 option in case Martin gets hurt. The Saints aren’t going to keep all four of their running backs. Either Pierre Thomas or Chris Ivory is going to get cut. We need to sign whichever guy gets cut loose, and then also draft Dennis Johnson late. That would be a great backfield with plenty of depth and versatility.

Dennis Johnson late. Perfect compliment. He’s an all around back like martin, runs, blocks, and catches very well. Plus he is an outstanding returner that broke all kinds of college records as a returner.

Jake Long’s play has gone down in the last year or two, he does not deserve 8.5 million IMO, if he wants to accept a 3 year 18 million contract from us, I would be happy but not 8.5

forgot to give my .02 cents about the RB situation. I truly believe that we have the RB’s we need. With having Carl on the left side out part of the year, and Davin out the entire season, our running game only hit the numbers it did because of talent by Doug, and the success of the passing game. with both starting guards back (hopefully healthy the entire season) I expect and would bet on we can see something really special with the backs we have now. save our money/picks on areas where it’s really needed.

Joe, for me the site took a long time to load on saturday only. I thought maybe everybody was hitting JBF at the same time to see if Sapp was was elected in HOF yet. LOL seriously though ever since then the site seems just fine.

Too many team needs to use a high pick on a rb… maybe 6th or 7th on a guy like a Ray Graham or better yet an UDFA chris thompson, denard robinson, marcus lattimore

Thanks alot Joe, it seems atm things are working smoothly from both my mac and my iphone now which is great.

It started happening a couple days back, Friday late evening. I first noticed it on my phone and I thought it was just my phone being stupid, than I went to the Mac and it was doing the same thing.

It seems the work that has been done has helped though, thanks again Joe

Davin is a Hell of a Player but he really should stick to being a great OL. He backed and became a support system for Trueblood. I will go on record and say HE is the ONLY reason we resigned Trueblood. Signing Blount would be a great idea. But then we need to trade him
