I think the main reason why we are last in sacks is because our DL hasnt learned how to play as one yet. They all seem to be doing there own thing out there and havent yet had the time or experience to play as 1 collective unit. My point is they are playing as individuals and not as unit. I read an article awhile back from Brad Culpepper who said much like an offensive line plays as a unit so must the defensive line play as a unit. Like 4 guys in an a dark alley fight. I think once they learn how to do that they will be damn good.

thats a very astute observation. McCoy was commanding alot of double teams last season so if we had a player even more talented than N Teo his numbers would have been even better. Just think what another dominate DT next to McCoy would do. I think it would do wonders.

A 3rd round tender would be plenty. No team is going to give the Bucs a 3rd round pick for T’eo. He’s solid depth but Dominik doesn’t need to play it safe with a 2nd round tender offer. Personally I’d take a 3rd round pick for T’eo all day long. Not knocking him, but that high of a pick could significantly help this team.

All of Teo’s sacks came on stunts when the offensive line simply made mistakes and didnt pick him up. He never showed any freakish pass rush moves. He would get no penetration in one on one situations, he would get owned most of the time. Why are we so high on this guy? I like him as a reserve but a 1st round tender? Please
