The Raiders had an entire season to change any verbiage and signals before they faced their old coach, the Bucs new coach in the Super Bowl. For all the years of struggle, this is the only real thing Tampa Bay Buc fans have to be proud of, is winning a SB. Just to have some sore sport ex-players try to marginalize it and say it was a fixed win 10 years later. Plus these 2 played their twilight years and retired as Bucs. Some gratitude huh?

Robbins backup had been with the Raiders for 4 years and started 14 games the year they went to the AFC championship with Gruden. The guy was almost as good as Robbins…the excuses are total BS.
Also the Raiders were down 20 to 3 early in the third quarter which would make any team give up on the run. The problem I would have with the coach if I were Brown was to keep any language that Gruden might recognize.

I am not buying the fact that Callahan sabotaged the game for some nefarious reason to delibrately lose the game. I am starting to buy that he did something that pretty stupid by changing the game plan a couple of days before the game.We need to hear from Callahan as to why he felt that was necessary.

Jerry Rice, who I respect, came out to verify what Tim said and while he would not go as far as Brown, believed it to be extremely odd that Callahan would do such a thing – so odd that it could lead some players to think it was sabotage.

I’m waiting to find if the game plan was changed before Barrett Robbins left or after. In my mind, big difference. I’m still not thinking sabotage, more likely sheer stupidity!
