The only clown here is you. For you to call out Pewter Report is simply ignorant, or you have an axe to grind. Either way, it's clownish.
Since you "know more than your typical position coach" one would think that you had better takes than these. smh

PRBucFan Says:

January 18th, 2013 at 5:18 pm
Was it more of a lack of talent at the QB position in Arizona that was the issue or was it coaching?

++++++++++++

I think it started with extremely poor talent and injuries at OLine for the Cards. They also had tons of injuries at RB and simply could not run the ball. The QBs were bad to begin with, blame the personnel department (Whisenhunt) for giving up a king's ransom for a QB that looked merely decent in 5 career starts before acquiring him.

Kolb didn't look particularly dominating as an Eagle despite an excellent offensive coaching mind and great weapons around him. How the Eagles acquired a 2nd round pick AND an excellent CB in Rodgers-Cromartie was baffling at the time, and humorous now.

The bad news about McNulty is that he coached the Cardinals QBs last season and the Cards were the worst in the league at throwing the football. The good news is that if Sullivan were to leave in the future, McNulty will be in position to take over and at least from a terminology and emphasis standpoint, should be seamless.

Larry Fitzgerald thought so much of McNulty as a WRs coach a few years back that he took him to the Pro Bowl with him. Considering he has a ton of experience as an OC, QB coach, and WR coach under Schiano. At the very least we know we are getting a guy that Schiano really wanted.

On the other hand, I'm starting to get the feeling that Schiano only wants his guys and doesn't want guys with more experience than him to run anything. He seems to want a bunch of minions instead of thinkers who might second guess him or undermine his authority. I think that is why Rod Marinelli and Ron Meeks haven't been discussed for any purpose by the Bucs.

We all suspected mcnulty of coming on board,however, should he be coaching the QBs? He didn't have have much success last season with as cardinals QB coach. Randy Melvin was probably retained for continuity.
