Gruden knew how to tap into, and utilize a veteran QBs strengths but he simply lacked the motivation and patience on developing young QBs. That’s what Josh could use this year, a really good QB coach who once played the position themselves. For instance, the Chargers just hired ex-QB Frank Reich to help Phillip Rivers.

Let him run!!!…..In 2010 Freeman was second in the NFL rushing behind Michael Vick. Taking that option away causes him to panic when pressured. With our running and recieving weapons now in place, Freeman will be harder to contain.

Chucky has found a niche and is nearing Madden status. I don’t think he is coming back. He has had too many opportunities to do that. This is not about the money. He is not waiting for that perfect situation (potential of Cam Newton/Panthers) to step in and be accused of winning with somebody else’s team as many still charge at Tampa Bay. If he takes a fixer-upper, he runs the risk of proving the old NFL adage that if you stay long enough you will only be fired again. No, I think he likes the idea of being a legend without the risks.
