I didn’t say he couldn’t improve. With that said, I don’t think the areas he needs improving are related to his understanding or “gelling” with the offense.

If you want to choose to look at those stats that’s on you.

I saw him struggling immensely to grasp the intellect, quick decisiveness/reads required of this offensive scheme.

Those numbers would be much greater and than would have really been impressive if he didnt struggle as much as he did.

And btw 55% is below par

Let’s see 55% comp, 4000+ yds, 27 tds to 17 ints, while not great numbers but they are very good. And all that, in the first year under a new offensive scheme and OC.
BTW Josh didn’t lose as many games as our defensive seconary did!

The system isnt Josh friendly anyways. The only thing Josh has that’s required for this system is the big arm but everything else it requires plays to Josh’s weaknesses.

Not a true Bucs fan? I read Red, Joe! But I never thought Sullivan had much chance at all at getting the job with 12 oher more qualified and experienced candidates, I saw Sully as having about a one percent chance of leaving.
