Couldn’t agree more with hiring Norv but like Miguel said we would have to throw the checkbook at him. Remember the ravens will be looking for an oc and their personnel fits what the Ravens want to do

I like Sullivan and thought he did good his first year. Some of his play calling was a little conservative do to the fact he was learning the players as much as they were learning the offensive scheme. It would do him good to get his name out there, but I don’t think he gets the job.

What, are you Sullivan’s drinking buddy or something? What do you know about Sullivan… or pretty much anybody relevant to the Bucs? Based on his body of work, he has no realistic shot at the job. But stranger things have happened. He could abolutely blow everyone away in his interview.

That being said, the offense needs continuity. The likely replacement for Sullivan, for continuity’s sake, would be Ron Turner, who is already here and is familiar with the current terminology and scheme. Changing things up yet again would prove to be counterproductive for the team.

So let me get this straight… you throw the checkbook at Norv to be the OC and run his Don Coryell/Joe Gibbs offense… only to then hire Chip Kelly to run his spread… or not? Your logic is astounding.

McNulty coached the WRs for Schiano at Rutgers before he moved on to the same role with the Cardinals before he was elevated to QB coach. He is undoubtedly going to be the next Bucs WR coach.

I wish there were even less doubts that Sheridan would be fired. If Schiano is truly attached to TBA, he needs to replace Sheridan. Ron Meeks would be the perfect candidate. Marinelli and Kiffin are available as well. EIther one of these three guys would make a bigger impact than the signing or an all-pro pass rusher and corner.

Good riddance if he wants to go…there are MANY other more qualified OC’s than Sullivan…not overly impressed anyway..for continuities sake, I’d like him to stay…but eh….he’s really a QB coach, not an OC anyway…remember, he was late hire like ALL our coaches were…we can upgrade if needed, IMO
