LOL! Sure…Fleck is the ‘bad guy’ for looking out for his family and career. None of us would do that right? I mean, if you’re working for a company and another company comes along and offers you a better position and a raise…you turn it down every time out of ‘loyalty’ right?? Please….

Reality check.

If somebody offered you a better paying job where you could be the boss and the youngest person in your position in the industry…. frankly… anybody would take that opportunity. It’s a good career move.

Give your head a shake and wish the man well. The guy has his future and his family to think about. That comes far before any perceived deficiency in his loyalty to the Bucs.

P.J. Fleck resigns after 1 day as NIU Offensive Coordinator (to take Tampa Bay job)

“Offensive coordinators are expected to be able to make prompt in-game adjustments to adapt to a variety of circumstances. But the abrupt decision of P.J. Fleck to resign from his position as offensive coordinator at Northern Illinois caught everyone off guard Friday. The former Huskies star wide receiver, who has been an assistant coach at Rutgers the past two years, had been named to the NIU post on Thursday.”

Fleck is a young guy with a great personality. but at this time is putting himself and his career first. Buccaneer Man? You decide!

It’s always a dick move to leave a team mid-season. There should be a rule not allowing this kind of crap to happen.
