You think it is the half time show honoring the 2002 Super Bowl team that finally put fans in the seats? My guess is that the stadium is going to have a majority of Eagles fans filling the stadium and it is those Eagle fan ticket sales that put the game on TV. Because Eagles fans will go see their team even when they stink, are on an 8 game losing streak and have no hopes to go to the playoffs. Unlike Tampa Bay fans who only show up when the team is good (and that includes the Rays and the Lightning). Yes it is true that they will spend a a lot of time booing and cursing at their own team, but that is just because they are pissed at how bad they are this year, it’s all out of love.
