This is the exact samething that was going on with Monte in his last year here. And we seen how well that played out. Just hope its not the case. Players cant leave there respective teams to persue “other jobs”, coaches shouldnt be able to either. Especially not after the first dam year.

If Sullivan is truly “pursuing” other jobs while the Bucs are in the middle of the playoff race, then the hell with him, go already. The Bucs playcallin has not been overly impressive, and the offensive scheme seems relatively simple compared to other top NFL offenses. Of course, for continuity’s sake, i hope he stays, but there are many well qualified OC’s out there that can, at minimum, bring as much as Sullivan. Also, doesnt speak to well of “character” if he’s actually seeking out jobs now.

The OL was over matched. They’ve played well to this point though.
Maybe we can rattle off 4 straight…one can hope – ’tis the season.
