Nobody has tried to make Dom out to be anything he is not. It’s VERY well documented that he has had a couple very bad seasons here, no doubt. However, being as he is the GM for the Bucs, that alone disserves your respect seeing as you are a so called “fan”. You dont have to like him and you have every right to judge his moves but to say he has to “earn” your respect by winning is the only thing that is hilarious in my opinion (your comment, not mine) considering it takes a lot more than just a good GM to have a consistant winner, I think your way off base.

Damn right. Plus, he doesn’t stomp people or kick them in the nuts either. To hell with Damn-You-Kong…I’ll take GMC all day every day. End of story.

I don’t place all the blame on Dom for the 3-13 or the 4-12 year. First off, seriously look at that 2009 roster. Look at it. Gruden left us with such a sorry sack of nobodys it wasn’t even funny. I disagree to this day the treatment #55 received and that is a serious mark against Dom, but besides that his players are producing decent in many cases with good coaching.

My point is Dom is the architect of a 3-13 and 4-12 team, so his track record isn’t as great as some build it up to be. Build a consistent winner and I’ll buy into his hype. The success or lack of success has nothing to do with me being a fan. I’ve been with the Bucs thru losing and winning nothing will change that. Ever.
