I like it too Joe. I remember motivational messages to fight selfishness like, “There’s no I in TEAM” … that F.A.M.I.L.Y. acronym is a very deep and personal message.

Schiano used it at Rutgers with tremendous success and many other organizations use it as a reminder that there’s no room for selfishness in a family … or on a team or at the workplace. You can’t get the pigskin into the end-zone by yourself. It takes the entire team … the entire family.

The Bucs are a family … all of us fans are a big part of that family too. We should ALL get those bracelets they wear. Bring on the unity and strength!! #BucsFamily!!
