Can I start calling him Myron “Karl the Truth” Lewis?

He has me similarly amazed that he can still hold on to a roster spot with little to no production.

Hopefully the new Lewis will make him expendable.

Nice link Tony, in Lewis’ defense, no one would have been able to defend that sideline pass Williams pulled in, he’s becoming a master at that route.

You know, Joe, you actually CAN teach speed. My highschool coach did it all the time. Proper palcement of feet while running and proper weight distribution can increase speed by 25-33%.

It worked because I went from being one of the slowest to being the second fastest as a result…second to a WR. According to my coach back then, he claimed many people just tried to run as fast as the could without seeking ways to improve their speed other than diet. He believed there were “fundamentals of running” that, if put into practice, would quickly result in higher speeds and stronger stamina.

I had my doubts at the time…until it made me able to compete.

I’m not sure how football gear would affect the weight distribution…but that WR seemed to do well.

Doesen’t take a genius to figure that one out. Predominantly Republican government, election extreemly close. Why WOULD they be in a hurry to count their way into losing an election? And that’s not to say the Democrats would be any faster, cause we all know better.
